The dishwasher works just as advertised. The configuration allows you to maximize the space, the unit is very quiet and it cleans and dries well.

Works great and is much quieter than our last dishwasher. It's a little lower than the last one, probably to accomodate the 3rd rack but also seems to hold a lot more.

This new dishwasher is great! We replaced an old LG model that had worn out over time. KitchenAid not only does everything that our older unit does but so much more. The unit it quiet and I often forget its on when its washing a load. Dishes are dry when I select that drying mode.

Very nice, good looking and and the extra third tray is so useful.

I’m extremely happy with this dishwasher so far. You can fit way more stuff than the average dishwasher, and the heat dry is amazing. It’s also very quiet if that matters to you. Highly recommended. Best Buy’s customer service was great, including the driver who took the time to drop it off where it wasn’t visible from the street.

Purchase this item with Best Buy’s total membership less than two years ago and it broke last week. Simply won’t drain, tried to call the hotline to get a repair person out to collect on my amazing membership that they sold me and I could barely hear the guy because a rooster was crowing so loudly in the background and he seemed to not have any availability to schedule or to understand how to schedule a service appointment. Surprised that a KitchenAid appliance that is so high-end would break within a year and a half. Worked pretty well up until then.

I am so pleased with my purchase of this dishwasher. I cannot believe how clean my dishes come out, no soap scum residue, crystal clear glassware, completely cleans. Also has great amount of space. I can really pack my dishes in and they all get super cleaned,. I highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone who is in need of an upgrade

Cleans and dries excellent. Best 3rd rack with room for tall items. Only wish it had a digital timer to see how long the cycle has left. I’ve had Samsung and GE but kitchen aid knocks it out of the park.

We have had this dishwasher a little over a month and love it! It cleans/drys very well, and is quite simple to use. The third rack is honestly a lot more spacious and helpful than I thought it would be. The people installing it worse masks the entire time and were professional. Overall very happy with our purchase!

This kitchenAid dishwasher was a 20th anniversary gift for my wife. She couldn’t be happier with all the new features this dishwasher offers. She is very pleased with the third rack and all the Storage. And last but not least, this dishwasher is super quiet!

This kitchenaid dishwasher is amazing. Tons of room with the 3rd row flex shelf. All kinds of specific places for everything imaginable…even wine glass holders!! I love it!! And am extremely pleased with my purchase

Though I wish dishwashers were more rugged these days, this one doesn't seem too wimpy. it's easy to clean the filter and the three racks inside do take and wash lots of dishes. The dishes get washed too. Sometimes it makes a 'gassy' noise while cleaning, but aside from that, it's totally silent.

I like the dishwasher so far. It has it's draw backs. Does not seem to hold as many dishes as my last KitchenAid. I am not a fan of the top utensil rack. It's a quiet dish washer, dishes are clean, and so far there have been no problems. Let's see what I have to say in 15 years.

Fits in 33 1/2 inch cabinet space if you remove the feet and insulation. Cleans even the crockpot with stuff stuck on it, where you would normally have to soak it and scrub it first. Works great! Love the space.

Kitchenaid dishwasher installed easily, although it took this old geezer an afternoon to do it. Install instructions are well written and clear. Washer is very quiet, and dishes are spotless. We typically pre-wash and have not tried a wash without pre-rinsing. But very happy with the purchase.

Love the washer so far. Replaced our 20 year old washer. Very quiet and the 3rd shelf is great. Was going to buy this or a Bosch and went with Kitchenaid instead. No regrets.

Love this dishwasher! The third shelf is fantastic and I love that it can hold larger items versus other dishwashers. Also the dishwasher is so quiet, you can’t even hear it running.

Love the 3rd rack, very handy for bowls and coffee cups that take up a lot of room on other racks. Very quiet, gets dishes very clean and dries really well. Replaced our old GE and MUCH improved. Definitely recommend.
