Have had the dishwasher one month and more than satisfied. Amazing how much cleaner the dishes are than from 31 year old dishwasher which was still working. Glad I didn't wait until it stopped working. Installation went quickly and smoothly. If things change I will write another review but right from the start it has been a 5 star.

We replaced our older, less feature-rich dishwasher with this one. It fits perfectly, has way more room, is super quiet, and has been excellent!

Best dishwasher, hands down. The third rack holds delicate items, knives, small bowls, glasses and they all come clean. My glassware sparkles and is spot free with Cascade Platinum detergent pods while my stainless steel cookware gets clean without pre-washing. Super quiet, efficient. Now, if only it could put away the clean dishes..

Definitely cleans and dries well, but it’s louder than I would have expected considering the price. I had the first one I purchased replaced due to loud buzzing throughout the wash cycle along with a strange rubbing noise that sounded like a valve opening and closing. Replacement still has the loud buzz throughout the wash cycle and a sort of high pitched whistling noise that lasts about 30 seconds right before it drains.

Quiet and cleans well! Can't ask for more than that. Normal cycle seems to take a little longer than I was used to, but it cleans well.

We waited over a month to get most of the items and spent a considerable amount of money. As a matter of fact, we are still awaiting a stove to complete the order. Prior to the order, we had an in home appointment to go over measurements for the appliances and other requirements for the job with an associate named Jade. Jade was very helpful and knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about customer service. Unfortunately, the customer service stopped there. Since Jade's involvement I have received nothing but frustration and am striking out with your customer care department, store, and Geek Squad to get any support. On delivery day, Friday,9-18-20, I was told that the microwave could not be installed since they had to run electrical. I explained to the man that it was part of the order and was discussed during the in-home consultation. Eventually he was able to confirm that part of the order. I'm thankful I held my ground or it would not have been done. Anyways, he installed the dishwasher and let it run when he left to go to the store and get the required electrical box etc... A short time later the dishwasher sounded and continued to sound three beeps and continued to repeat. When he returned we asked about the beeping and he said it was normal and that he performed a test. We told him we were relieved because we would hate to start the machine and leave the house in normal use and have it continue beeping non stop. Two days after the install, Sunday, 9-20-20, we were ready to use the dishwasher for the first time. We ran it and it stopped after 5 minutes and did not empty the water or disperse the soap and was making those same repeating three beeps, non stop. We tried a few more times and looked at the manual with no luck. The machine would run for 5 minutes and stop and start the beeping after every attempt. I contacted customer care and was told that the first available appointment would be nine (9) days later for a tech to come out to the house (9-29-20). I found this as unacceptable so I called customer care again and the store. I was basically told that I would be charged for a service call but receive 20% off. Each time I explained that it was a brand new purchase and did not work on the first try after install. One associate at the store level basically said it is "he said she said" and they would also need to charge me but with a 20% discount, or I could return it or call the manufacturer for service. I am beside myself as to remember how great everything was prior to the purchase and how lousy the service has been after the purchase. I believe it is either a faulty dishwasher or is missing a step not performed during the install. As a customer I am now contemplating a complete return of the whole order and to take my business elsewhere out of principle. I would completely understand paying a fee if I had the appliance for any length of time but it NEVER worked. Please contact me to arrange a timely appointment to get this looked at. I appreciate any assistance you can render, we have waited an awfully long time to get thee appliances and am extremely frustrated.

Works great, very silent. Had the previous version and the new third rack is great improvement!

I bought this for my parents to replace theirs that died over a year ago. Had them install it, which was smooth and the machine is very quiet and the dishes are coming out great. They are very happy with it.

Quiet and cleans everything so well! Absolutely love the third rack! Saving already since we can fit more in and are running the dishwasher less often!

Dishwasher is amazing and works fine. Very less noise and third rack helps us to store all small items and gets us more space to load in bottom 2 dishes Proscrub option is really cool

Very quiet unit. Lots of soace with 3rd rack. Drwback is the heated dry isnt as powerul as i thought it would be. Most dishes are still wet.

We have ran this dishwasher a few times since getting it a couple weeks ago and it washes everything just fine. Very clean front look with the controls bring on the top of the door. The smaller top/3rd rack which we didn’t have in our old washer is awesome for smaller bowls, ramekins, larger utensils, etc. I’d say the only negative on this thing is there’s quite a bit of water left over after the drying cycle. Not on the dishes, glasses, or silverware thankfully but on the interior walls and bottom. Maybe that’s normal on energy saving dishwashers these days? Not a big deal but I’ve found myself leaving the door cracked open after unloading everything so it can dry out.

Very quiet. Cleans dishes very good. First repair at less than 2 years was pump $240 parts and labor I still recommend it. Just get extended warr

Do yourself a favor- Don’t buy a KitchenAid dishwasher. I purchased one in a hurry and one month or less out of warranty the water wouldn’t evacuate and the dishes weren’t getting clean. When I purchased the unit I noticed that the tub filter had very large holes (very course). I was in a hurry, cost about $1,000 and hey KitchenAid must know what they’re doing right? Wrong! OK I troubleshot the unit ( had to remove from under the counter top) and rotate to expose the underside to get to the pump . Wow- at the pump there is a very fine screen to protect the pump/ motor. It was plugged with food debris . Why not just have a much larger fine filter that is easy to service from the tub? I recommend Bosh Dishwashers- had one for many years at another house with no problems.
