I was a little frustrated that day, because there were no sales reps to help me. So I thought to myself, BB is not the only place to buy a dishwasher. But as I’m walking out the store about to cross to the parking lot a sales rep asks me if he can help me! Wow I was impressed with his fortitude to leave the store to make sure I was taken care of. The dishwasher is great, the installation was seamless but it was the salesman that won the day. My previous dishwasher was a KitchenAid also and I was pleased to buy another one. Thanks BB

So far very pleased with the dishwasher. Cleans the dishes very good, it operates very quiet, you can't tell it is running.

I like our Kitchenaid dishwasher. the 3rd rack is great, fits a lot of different dishes etc., However, it is not showing the "timer" on the panel. It is helpful to know how much time you have left for the dishes to be done. Our previous one was exactly like this one, except with the timer...

Kitchenaid makes fantastic dishwashers. This particular one replaced the “builder’s grade” Samsung in my kid’s house. Samsung makes great televisions, but their dishwashers leave a lot to be desired. Anyway my kids knew from the Kitchenaid in my house that it was an easy choice when they upgraded. And the BB team did an excellent job installing it. Kitchenaid rules!

Fits a ton of dishes. Very quiet, i hardly know its running sometimes. Does a great job of cleaning dishes. I am very happy with the purchase.

The best dishwasher ever, from the quietness to the third rack it’s everything that you can think of.

This is a great dishwasher. The stainless steel tub is beautiful, the adjustable racks are great . . . all clearly high quality. Others describe it as "whisper quiet"--not sure I'd say that, but it isn't overly noisy. I'd give it 5 stars, but it only completely dries the dishes if I make sure to use a rinse aid and use the "extended" dry time option. Otherwise, really happy!
