I was skeptical that the 3rd rack would take up too much room above the second rack, but after a month of use, I'm sold! I'm able to get many more items in compared to my last Kitchen-Aid. Between that and the dishwashing performance, I'm very happy with this machine.

Replaced a new LG unit we ordered that unfortunately leaked. This Kitchenaid looks great and runs very quietly (not easy to tell when its actually on when you first get it). Only knock from me is that the interior parts slide in and out in a way thats a touch loose and cheap feeling for such a nice looking unit.

Nice dishwasher. Quiet when turned on and operating, you can have a conversation and not feel like you have to shout over the machine.

Very pleased with our new dishwasher. Installation was free and fast. Old junk was hauled off. The new dishwasher can hardly be heard. Just a little light on the front panel. Lots of room inside. Dishes come out very clean. I will say for the dry mode I open the door slightly to allow the humidity to drop inside.

Love this dishwasher. It’s quite and cleans everything very well. I was hesitant spending so much on a dishwasher, however decided to buy it after reading the reviews. Curbside pickup was great and on time. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good quality dishwasher.

Can’t go wrong with kitchen aid this is much better than are old dishwasher, and you can’t beat the oiler price

Dishes come out super clean, without needing a pre-cleaning not having to run on the tough cycle. Does a great job of doing as well. No residue left behind.

We replaced an older KitchenAid dishwasher with this one. The 3rd rack is great since we can add more cups and plates into it. It’s very quiet and works great so far.

We installed this after having fisher & paykel dishwasher drawers. We are so much happier this this washer. It can remove tough food and even has an express cycle. I am very happy with this purchase and installation was easy with instructions being easy to read and informative.

Best dishwasher we have ever owned! Everything comes out completely clean and dry. We had a bosch which never cleaned or dried the dishes.

Love the no handle feature, also easy to open. Makes it look built in and seamless. Makes the kitchen look like a million bucks

Our GE profile's water was not hot enough to clean dishes well. So far this washer is doing a good job. It's only been a couple weeks and we have been rinsing our dishes well before loading them. We give it 4 stars now and would move it to 5 stars later if it can handle dried on food.

We had bad luck with our previous dishwasher, this one (so far) has been great! The three drawer system allows for so much more dishes to be in each cycle. The heated dry, even though it takes longer, is great!

We love this...we had our old dishwasher for 13 years. The only part I did not like is they do not install so we had to hire someone and pay $250 extra. That would be the only reason I would not purchase appliances from Best Buy again. The dishwasher is so quiet, excellent purchase.
