Was replacing my existing kitchen aid dishwasher. Best buy service was great, they helped me compare specs from my owners manual to my new product. It was in store ready for pick-up in 3 days. Curbside pick-up amazing.

I also noticed that it never fully dries, leaving our dishwasher pretty wet all the time. We have to leave the door open slightly to let it air out. I do like the third rack, which is great to add utensils to!

There was a damages part. Then I got this model at the same price and when there was a missing (minor) party the store found it and made sure that they held it for me to pick up. Wonderful staff! Great experience all around.

We like everything about this unit. get dishes very clean without a whimper. Installer dented the front when installing, so waiting for a new replacement.
