2 stars for quietness and design. However, it does not dry my dishes and is brand new. They switched it out once but still the same thing. I am disappointment since I spent so much time researching & read mostly good things about this one. May return and try a different brand.

This is a quality dishwasher, it saved us from doing a lot of unnecessary renovations to the dimensions of our kitchen by actually fitting right!

We have had the dishwasher for a little over a year, and it does not clean my dishes. It stopped working at 10 months, and now beeps after I start it. So I take everything out, and reload, and it still beeps. The dishes are filthy. I really do NOT recommend this dishwasher, and I had such high hopes as the reviews last year were great. I am hoping to get someone out here, but Best Buy is sending me to whirpool, who is sending me back to Best Buy. I was also sold a total tech the day I bought the appliance, and I told it covered repairs, and it does not... just diagnostics.We havea repair coming to fix it in two weeks, which we unfortunately have to pay for. Expected better for $1200 purchase.

I've always had KitchenAid dishwashers, and they seem to just keep getting better. I'm completely satisfied with all aspects of my new washer. Lots of bells and whistles, but in the end, this is a solid and reliable appliance - plus it looks good.

The installers who did the job were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure that the install went smoothly and pointed out other potential problems that we would need to address so that our dishwasher would remain within warranty.

I like the dishwasher but am having trouble with some of the features. The manual that came with product is barely legible and type size so small I have to use a magnify glass. It keeps wanting to be helpful and I just want to stop it, especially the beeping.

We absolutely love the third shelf. It’s a game changer. Our only criticism is the detergent door, it does not close easily and we had to have a warranty repair done within a month of delivery.

The dishwasher does a good job, and the load comes through dry and almost sparkly. The instructions that came with it were poor, however. And since I chose a model with a handle, the controls are invisible during operation.

Quiet but middle drawer falls when you pull it out - we just went through a major renovation in our house and bought all KitchenAid appliances. Extremely disappointed with the dishwasher and the warming drawer. Cannot get anybody out here from KitchenAid to repair and Best Buy does not return our calls.
