We recently replaced our old KitchenAid dishwasher with this one & it is decent but not as nice & efficient as the one it replaced.

Had it for 6 months and it is great! So much storage space and extra room for cups, lids, and utensils

It's a great machine. We had the BOSCH first and had to return it since it wasn't performing. Best Buy made the exchange seamless.

I love the cleanliness of the dishes and the top rack allows for a lot more to be washed in one load. BUT, after less than 2 weeks of use the bottom piece that spins and shoots out the water fell off! It was covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, I was without a dishwasher for 3 weeks waiting for a service appointment, a part to come in, then another service appointment. I love the dishwasher but I no longer trust that it's quality. Sigh.

Trays are very light weight. I hope they hold up.

over the years i have gone through six dishwashers. This is by far the best machine i have ever owned.

It’s difficult to give you a review when I don’t have it installed yet. But I am always pleased when I can have a KitchenAid. My experience with Best Buy and the person that helped me was excellent.

Three active washing racks make this machine A big upgrade from our previous dishwasher. So far the machine has performed well.

The appliance works excellent, however this does not dry as efficient as it was described as doing. I still have to dry some dishes once the unit has completed its washing and drying cycle.

This dishwasher has been working great. Dennis and Nikki were amazing in locating, measuring and assisting me with the purchase. Steve the installer was terrific. Overall a great experience.

Love it. Contrary to what other reviews have said, this thing is quiet as a mouse. I've had a loud dishwasher, this one I barely know if it is on. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a lower end, less expensive model but none were available. This Kitchenaid was well worth the extra money! So glad I got this one!

The service at the Honolulu store I purchased my dishwasher was exceptional From the purchase to delivery Does this only happen in Hawaii??
