    It broke in less than 1 year. Waiting on parts. Bought the expensive one in hopes that it would not break so quickly.

    Dishwasher is great, Best Buy not so great

    Dishwasher is great but we had a terrible experience with Best Buy. On the day of installation after the originally scheduled tie, we were notified that we would have to pay an extra $175 for our "free installation" to install an electrical outlet. They could have notified me at any point prior and I would have taken care of this for low or no cost. The installation company was wonderful and apologetic but Best Buy refused to reimburse this expense. After many phone calls, they offered me a small gift certificate and ultimately gave me one of almost half the promised amount. Very disappointing customer service!!

    Beware of Geek Squad Installations

    Dishwasher is better than I expected. I absolutely love it. Now BeatBuy Geek Squad and their service is a different story. I read on here to be careful when scheduling installation. I had installations scheduled with delivery. Well because I had an old kitchen set up I had to have a plumber come out and had to reschedule installation. I attempted to reschedule installation for the next available day via the app. I received email and text confirmation of the date I selected. The next day I notice an email stating that I need to schedule installation. So I used the geek squad chat to confirm if there was a mix up or if I needed to schedule again. The chat guy stated he did not see a service date for me and the then attempted to schedule me. Again received confirmation is email and text. Checked on it 30 minutes later via a phone call to them only to find out that my information had still not been saved. At this point I just requested a refund. Please be careful when setting up installation dates. Their system is not saving information even though you receive confirmations.

    We are having two issues with the dishwaher. First one is that the door does not shut smoothly. It is tighter on the right side and fairly loose on the left side. Second the utensils does not feel like ultra clean. When I touch the cups and mugs after the full cycle the surface of utencils is not shiney/silky. Although I bought the product in May it got installed in begining December.

    Don't buy this model! It has been discontinued and if it is an open box item, RUN... it'll cause you more headache than its worth

    The motor was loud, made audible humming noise the entrire cycle. Turns out this has come up for others. I also was not a fan of that top rack. My glasses were too tall and although it offers great room on top third rack, it took away from the two below it. Cleaned fine, but it is just too loud, maybe I got a bad one?

    I am not happy with the dishwasher because doesn’t dry completely the dishes & silverware. The delivery & installation was very good, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

    Purchased the dishwasher in December. Still have not received it. Disappointed in the amount of time it is taking to even get our dishwasher. We were supposed to get it February 8th. Now supposedly it won’t arrive until April 1st. Very little communication from Best Buy.

    Poor quality don’t do it. Go out and buy a Bosch Benchmark. I bought this KitchAid brand new and the sanitize cycle doesn’t work. It worked once and then that’s it. So I bought Consumer Reports and they recommended a Bosch Benchmark #1 so I returned the KitchenAid and paid the extra for the Bosch and am completely thrilled with the Bosch. Pay the extra and get the best!

    Door broken and dangerous around small children.

    The door of this dishwasher broke after 9 months. Kitchenaid has no estimate of when the part will be available (they are saying it could be months). They refuse to replace the dishwasher even though new ones are available for installation in 3 days on Best Buys website. Not happy. The door falls ope and is very heavy and dangerous for our small children.

    in the 2.5 years I had this dishwasher the water pump went out 4 times. SADLY the 4th time it was 6 months beyond the extended warranty so they will not cover it. A product I paid over $1000 for should last longer than 2 years. THIS IS A BAD PRODUCT and whirlpool doesn't stand behind their product. my advice? STAY AWAY! Best Buy sells many different brands

    The dishwasher is nice, but very quickly started stopping mid-program with an error message. After some tries - and moving dishes around, we usually would get it to complete the cycle and provide clean dishes, but sometimes it would take up to 10 attempts - at 10 minutes waiting each time for it to either work or give a series of error beeps. It was installed by Geek Squad that promised 30-day warranty on the installation. Called them up and after a 3-hour wait they promised to send me a time when they'd come check it out within 48 hours and heard nothing since, and I still have a bad dishwasher... Would not buy, and would not pay anything for any Geek Squad support as turns out it's worthless since they don't do what they promise.

    As a person who has had KitchenAid appliances before and has purchased their newest top of the line. This dishwasher is the most noisiest dishwasher I have ever heard. It is buzzing like those massive industrial refrigerators. I can’t believe this item is getting positive reviews. There is no way we are keeping it.
