A defective product and poor warranty repair service! This dishwasher broke down only three months after purchase. The technician said the drain pump went out and he didn't know when he would get the part in! It left water in the bottom of the machine that wouldn't drain. This service occurred after my waiting 10 days for the service appointment, which was the quickest I could get one scheduled! I purchased this product to replace a previous Kitchen Aid dishwasher that was still running fine after 11 years. I don't know how long I will have to wait!

Dishwasher was great for the first 18 months. I now have had the repair man 4 times where he has taken out most of the parts and replaced but it is still not working. After paying over $1,000 plus you would think that my dishwasher would outlive its 2 year warranty.

Horrible service, I bought this dishwasher like a month ago and it’s still sitting in the hallway of the house not installed, it will be the fifth service appointment tomorrow for installation, if they don’t come I’m going to throw this thing out into the middle of the street and Call channel 10 news

Just bought it 2 weeks ago. The dishes do not come out hot or completely dried -- even if i use the heated drying option. The old kitchenaid dishwasher never had this problem.

It does its job. I wish I had put money into purchasing the one with the pro dryer though.

Noisy pump . Service man ordered new pump and will replace shortly. Installers not very professional.

This dishwasher has no clearance underneath. So it needs a little space or you’ll need to redrill holes in your floor for drainage and power. The height doesn’t account for the feet either

Delivery was not made on the date promised. It was a week late.

Dishwasher is good but is not drying properly always there is a water stays inside. Not happy.

Broke in less than a year! Still under manufacturer warranty. Called KitchenAid and they keep sending repair person but 1 month later and dishwasher still broken. Nightmare product. Feel stupid that I spent all that money to get a Lemon.

Extremely disappointed. Less than a month old and already doing what the one I replaced it with was doing. Stopping mid cycle for no reason. Will not work on delayed setting. I’m call a repairman, but am not optimistic.

Works like every dish washer should. I have been testing it by adding dishes without pre-wash and every item has come out sparkling clean. This probably my 10th dishwasher and I have never had one that performed like this.

I’ve had this dishwasher for eight months. We started having problems with it at seven months. It started playing a song at the end of the cycle and water would remain in the bottom of the dishwasher. We also started noticing a burning smell. We’ve had a technician out twice and the one today says we need a new drain pump- however, it’s not in stock! No one can say for sure when it might arrive and be able to be installed but it’s a huge inconvenience to not have a functioning dishwasher for weeks and now for who knows one. This experience has definitely made us decide against buying a Kitchen Aid refrigerator we were days away from purchasing. It’s unacceptable for a seven month old appliance to need a drain pump.

Motor burned out after one month of usage. KitchenAid (Whirlpool) has no idea when they can replace the motor. Don't bother with Geek Squad protection either. It is as worthless as this dishwasher

Just bought it, ran through 2 cycles, won’t stop flashing the clean light. Power cycle it for 3 minutes, start a cycle, runs for 30 seconds, trips to clean shuts down. Absolute junk. After the LG ELITE I spent $1200 on that wouldn’t dry, then this mess I think I’m finally done with dishwashers.

DOES NOT DRAIN! I would love this dishwasher but it does NOT drain. Runs very quite not matter what cycle I run I just can't get it to drain and it smells AWFUL.

PURCHASED 8/2023 FOR 12/12/23 DELIVERY AT A NEW BUILD HOME. PRODUCT NEVER DELIVERED BY BEST BUY AS PROMISED. SHOUT OUT TO YOUR COMPETITOR, LOWES, FOR COMING THROUGH IN A CLUTCH AFTER BEST BUY LET US DOWN AND NO SHOWED MULTIPLE TIMES.

Love everything about the dishwasher. Great options on cleaning. No need for wi-fi to get all of your cleaning options. Plenty of room and very large silverware basket. The very top drawer folds very small height bowls. 2nd middle drawer holds very tall drinking cups. Plenty of height for large dishes in the bottom drawer. I never do pots in my dishwasher, so not sure if it’s workable for those that do. The reason I’m doing this review is so others know that I did buy the 5 yr warranty (I always do) and after 4.5 years it errored out and the technician couldn’t fix meaning a replacement for me so I chose a Bosch at the recommendation of the tech and my husband. My thoughts on the Bosch - 500 Series 24" Top Control Smart Built-In I got is MEH. The racking system is meant for doing pots in the bottom so upper shelves are jacked up with less space and no adjustment available. I did notice the silver basket was very small so I kept the very large kitchen Aid one which fits thank goodness. It did take quite a few try’s to connect the WiFi which gives you the other options. I’m puzzled on the bottom light because it did show red while operating but when I looked in the morning it was not showing green for completed so no idea if it completed but the dishes appeared to be clean, rinsed and pretty dry. Overall I’d choose this KitchenAid again

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. I bought this $1,100 dishwasher in September. Within six weeks it started making strange noises during operation. In November the Kitchen Aid repairperson told me that my brand-new dishwasher needed a new motor. It is now December, the dishwasher is “mooing” like a cow, the new motor is on backorder, and I am hoping my dishwasher doesn’t break. Very unhappy with this dishwasher and very unhappy with Kitchen Aid. I will never buy a Kitchen Aid, or a related brand, ever again. I strongly suggest that you don’t buy one either.
