    Missing part, broken parts plus dents in it. Won't replace it, only wants to give us 250.00 of a 1300.00 messed up item. Got annoyed told them come get the thing to give me full refund or i won't pay the card anyways, first wanted me to bring it back 1hr and a half from me. After an hour of bs they agreed to full refund and come get it. Home Depot here I come

    Appliance is leaking and then went into the store placed order and paid for Bosch but this never showed up . Eventually they cancelled my order without my consent. Worst costomer support ever

    The unit cleans but leaves huge water drops behind and so we must dry everything with a towel before putting them away.

    Horrible purchase. Not even 1 month old and none of the racks are clean! Something is wrong with machine. Have to waste my time and have a tech come out. Sooooo disappointing!!!!!!

    The Best Buy Service was excellent. We have had Kitchen Aid appliances for many years but the engineering of our new dishwasher is horrendous. Having had dishwasher of many brands my wife and I are struggling to figure out to load it. Something is really backwards about the configuration of the 3 rack system.

    Best Buy’s sent over an installer after waiting almost 2 weeks and when he left I tried to open the door and it would not go all the way down, and all the dishes were wet after buying this. I told Best Buy’s to come and take the dishwasher out and after 6 phone calls they still did nothing remove the charge from my charge.

    Break down after 10 months. Repair can take months

    This KitchenAid dishwasher completely break down after 10 months of purchase. The technician came and found that the pump, the control panel, and the heater need to be replaced. The repair can take months and therefore we have to hand wash dishes every day for months. I cannot believe this high-end KitchenAid has so poor quality.

    We had our dishwasher delivered on Saturday January 9th. After 20 minutes we opened the door and a PLASTIC latch broke that seals the door. Best buy is replacing the machine but my question is "how can the use a PLASTIC latch for a $1000 dish machine "? Will it happen Again ????

    The machine leaks and getting it replaced is a nightmare. The delivery people failed to arrive at the scheduled time and even expected me to accept an evening delivery in a condo which doesn’t allow after 5 deliveries. If I could give this negative stars I would do so.

    Dishwasher sat in our new home for about 2 months while we finished building. Hooked up and it’s leaking (from 2 spots) and won’t cycle thru any of the washes. I love KA dishwashers but this has been a total nightmare, of course it’s too late to return so I guess I’m stuck with a $1200 piece of junk.

    Dishwasher ok but install was not

    Hey third-party vendor will install the dishwasher and they do not care how they put it in. They did not level the dishwasher and actually when they forcibly shove the dishwasher into its location they broke off a wire and then trying to get someone out to fix that took forever

    I received this KitchenAid on August 13th and it broke down on September 29th. Service person just left, a major part needs to be replaced so I still don't have a dishwasher. Return period just ran out. I definitely Would Not Recommend.

    Cleaned for 2 months then quit for the holidays

    My review is based upon the dishwasher failing after less than 2 months of use. Sept 25 to Nov 24. The user manual states that 8 flashes followed by 4 flashes of the LED indicates that the dishwasher overfills. I should turn off the water and call Service. This is 2 days before Thanksgiving.

    The unit itself seems fine - but don’t ever use the Best Buy “open box” program - it’s a scam - I bought “excellent condition “ and it has a bunch of dings in the front and cdne without critical parts - was on the phone for an hour and they will do nothing about it
