The dishwasher has a large capacity, and the third rack is excellent, even for plastic cups. The washing cycle is much shorter than our previous dishwasher, which would take half the day.

I bought the dishwasher on 7/10/22 but due to complications caused by the first delivery/installation team, it was not installed until 7/28/22 which was frustrating. Since I have only been able to do 3 loads in the fishwasher, it’s hard to review. I ended up putting the silverware holder from my old dishwasher because I preferred it. I do like the 3rd flex rack and the dishwasher holds a lot of dishes. I reserve final rating until after I’ve used it mote.

pro - nice design. Added top row rack for cups and silverware. con - the racks don't seem as sturdy as my old KitchenAid dishwasher.

The KitchenAid Dishwasher is a powerhouse for loading capacity and cleaning power. The third row frees up the primary and secondary rows, which allows our family of 4 to focus on our family and not running the dishwasher all the time to keep up. The only issue we have so far is that the dish soap door does not always open. Other than that, could not be happier.

We have enjoyed the dishwasher I like the cycles you can pick. Also having 3 racks helps with big loads. The inside with stainless steel makes the dishwasher always look do clean and nice.

Deceptive “Free Installation”. Installer got to my house said he couldn’t connect the plumbing. Said he’d do it for $200. But because it was a sharkbite valve with pvc to the dishwasher he wouldn’t do. Then because the dishwasher was hardwired, they couldn’t do it either. But oh wait they could for an extra $150. So far the machine looks good and seems fine. It’s one thing to need to adjust subpar plumbing. But to charge to hardwire the machine when he can do it anyway is sketchy. I don’t think we will be going back to beat buy in the future.

Quiet ! awesome cleaning and it dries plastic better than any dishwasher that ive ever had! Tons and tons of room ! Holds double what my old one did !!

We bought this dishwasher to replace a 6 year old Bosch that was not cleaning or drying our dishes. The KitchenAid cleans and dry very well. There was a little water on 2 plastic pieces but the remainder of the dishes, including other plastic pieces,were clean and dry. Ergonomics are outstanding compared to the Bosch. It's quiet and appears well made. I hope that is correct because it is made in the U.S. It's good early,but will it stand up to heavy use. I will keep you updated. PS.. The buying process was quick and easy. I called Spencer in Plano and we did everything by phone. He is great to work with!

Love our new dishwasher. Dishes come out squeaky clean. This dishwasher holds so much compared to our old dishwasher as well. It’s also pretty quiet.

Well built, excellent materials used, strong, excellent finish all over, extremely quiet...would be excellent for the new open spaces in housing design,, it is so quite that is a blessing...so many new ways to place your utensils, the design inside is amazing well planned, every corner well planned, the SS is superb...stands on the kitchen floor with great pride !!! I love it, glad I got it and I looked to the others brands....this is the best and a reasonable price!!!

We upgraded to this Kitchen Aid dishwasher and absolutely love it. Sadly, it was damaged either at the warehouse or in shipping and had to be replaced with another one. The features are great and the interior has many adjustable features for your dishes. Very quiet when running. The thing that I liked most was that it had a drying element to completely dry your dishes. Kitchen Aid has always been a great brand and I consider them one of the top two brands to purchase.

We have the dishwasher in our great room, and it used to be impossible to find a time to run it during waking hours. This is so quiet we can run it with company gathered at the table 10 ft away and most don’t even realize it’s on. It leaves our glasses sparkling despite our ridiculously hard water; and we love two of the less significant feature:the top tier shelf for odd shaped items and the towel bar. I wouldn’t do without the bar—-it keeps damp towels from lying against the wood cupboards. Solid purchase, swift, free, and courteous delivery , what more could we want?

I have had this dishwasher for about a month now and I love it! The third shelf holds more than I thought it would! I love the stainless steel interior, it makes it feel more "solid" and it looks clean! Very quiet. I thought I needed a 39 dBa because I have an open kitchen, I settled for this because of other features. This 44dBa is perfect-we can hardly hear it.

I have had for two months. I love how quiet it is and how much you can put in it. The third rack (top rack) is great.

I'm very happy with this dishwasher. It's quite and does a nice job. My favorite thing is the 3rd rack. Very convenient for long utensils.
