We love our new KitchenAid Dishwasher. It cleans extremely well and the three rack levels make it easy to pack lots of dishes,pans, and utensils in. It is very quiet, which is a nice change from our last dishwasher.

We bought this as an open box special, and could not be happier. It had a tiny, scratch on it, that you could not even see on the side that is hidden by the cabinet. However, when we got it installed, it came to find that there was a manufacturer error and there was a screw in the drain line and water shot out everywhere. Best Buy was good to get a scheduled for repair once they identified the part and within another week we had a new dishwasher. Even though it was a little bit of a challenge early on, it turned out being a great investment for us at the price we paid. The dishwasher does a great job of cleaning the dishes and everything comes out, sparkling, clean and dry. It looks great, and we love the wash options. I would buy this dishwasher again, though I am very happy I did not pay full price.

Takes a little getting used to. Not sure how to turn off HEAT DRY. Lots of room in this dishwasher and like adjustable 2nd rack. Unit doesn't smell great after washing (maybe it's my drain?) and you have to use a Jet Dry type product to make sure glassware looks good, but the noise level is awesome. This machine is very quiet. I just got it so I will see how bad my electricity bill is.

We snagged this during memorial day sales and we don't regret it one bit. It has three useable wracks, very easy and practically to load. We couldn't tell if it was on at first bc it was so quiet! You can tell by the light display, but we grew up with super loud dishwashers so it was a small and happy change after that realization to look at the light indicator.

It is so quiet that sometimes I think I forgot to turn it but in reality it’s just silently cleaning. The third rack is cool, never had, but I am trying to utilize it more - it’s still a learning curve but that’s on me not the washer! I would Recc buying it on sale or open box. I never want to pay full price for anything though

I really love this dishwasher! Cleans vey well....better than my previous Kitchenaid dishwasher. The upper (third) rack is roomie and functional. Very happy with my purchase and installation.

Love our new dishwasher. Very quiet compared to last one. The third rack is great for cups, bowls, and silverware. One thing I’d recommend is using jet dry to make sure dishes are all the way dry.

So far so good. After the Best Buy installment was awful I had to take a step back to give an honest opinion of the dishwasher. It’s worth the $$. Kitchen aid has out done itself with this dishwasher. I love how quiet it is and how clean the dishes come out

Does a great job of cleaning and drying dishes and love the three separate racks. I only give this 4 stars because of the noise. I will say that this IS very quiet but compared to our old one, it is a bit noisier. All in all, it's a great product and does the job and would recommend it. It's my anchoring bias that wishes this one was a bit more quiet.

I love this dishwasher. It truly deserves an extra 1/2 star. The only con with this dishwasher is that I have to use the extended heat option to dry the dishes completely. I am sure the heat has been downgraded over the years to classify as energy efficient. This machine is quiet, visually appealing and gets my dishes clean. I would buy this again.

We have had our new dishwaher for a month and I don't have any complaints. It is very quiet, a little too quiet, but you get use to it. Sometimes I am lying in bed and jump up because I don't hear our dishwasher (yes our dishwasher was so loud I could hear it upstairs). I like the third rack, but you can only put small objects at the very top. Some coffee mugs don't fit.

Quite and lots of room. Could not be more satisfied. Glass dishes shine.

Have only had it installed for a few weeks, but we already love it. Quieter than the one we just bought a couple of years ago, and we absolutely love that extra third rack at the top - it’s perfect for those skinny, slender items that we can’t fit on the main racks.

This KitchenAid dishwasher is an upgrade of the one I had in my old house. It has all the great features plus some added ones. It's quiet and energy efficient. Everything gets clean with no streaking. Love KitchenAid!

great dishwasher. easy to use and very quiet. istallation by Best Buy was easy - but beware that the new models are all plug-ins and not hard wired. Added about $160 to install outlet - it is what it is - but the dishwasher is awesome.
