You can walk by the machine sometimes without realizing it's on. The third rack is nice option and the adjust-ability of the second rack has been used a lot already

Easy to install. Love the third rack. Center rack adjust. Love all the features and it does a great job at cleaning the dishes.

We researched a very long time, and ended up choosing the KtichenAid. Its almost "too quiet" seriously, I had to check if it was running by opening the door and we love the third rack, still getting used to all the loading options - the top rack is by far the best feature, getting all the extra items in to the wash. Spoons, cups, bowls, it does it all. We had Total Tech team install it, just to be sure it was done 100% correctly and are very satisfied. Will update if anything changes.

Super quiet. So quiet that I got up twice to see if it was still running. The shelves glide smoothly and so far I am pleased with my purchase. The only negative so far is that I am concerned that the plastic roller guides may not last. My last kitchen aid dishwasher lasted nearly 15 years. Fingers crossed, this one will do same.

We replaced our older, less feature-rich dishwasher with this one. It fits perfectly, has way more room, is super quiet, and has been excellent!

After 16 years with the old one, this one is much quieter and gets the dishes very clean

Kitchenaid makes fantastic dishwashers. This particular one replaced the “builder’s grade” Samsung in my kid’s house. Samsung makes great televisions, but their dishwashers leave a lot to be desired. Anyway my kids knew from the Kitchenaid in my house that it was an easy choice when they upgraded. And the BB team did an excellent job installing it. Kitchenaid rules!

So far I love it. Been running it for over a month and it’s super quiet and my dishes are clean and dry. Got rid of a Samsung that was a joke.

I like our Kitchenaid dishwasher. the 3rd rack is great, fits a lot of different dishes etc., However, it is not showing the "timer" on the panel. It is helpful to know how much time you have left for the dishes to be done. Our previous one was exactly like this one, except with the timer...

Replaced my old dishwasher. It is much quieter and does a much better job. I highly recommend this KitchenAid Dishwasher.
