Terrible- worked for 2 weeks

It worked for 2 weeks. BestBuy asked me to call Kitchenaid for help. It took Kitchenaid 2 weeks to show up because they only contract with one vendor in So Cal. They come look at, and then tell us they have to order the part. Another week passes. They fix it and 2 weeks later it’s broken again. I call Bestbuy to return it and they tell me it’s past the return time and we have to call Kitchenaid again. So, now we are waiting AGAIN because the one vendor Kitchenaid has all their workers are booked. Bestbuy has been terrible. Kitchenaid has been terrible.

After 2 days using it, it started. So it was frustrating, specially after paying installation service from Best Buy that costs $200. It seems like the noise can be fixed and then comes back.

Known leaking issue and terrible customer service

Issues started one year after purchase and whirlpool service is absolutely nightmare to deal with. I love this dishwasher when it works but unfortunately I had several tech visits and months when it wasn’t functioning. Very disappointed with my purchase
