    The upper rack allows more dishes. Quiet when cleaning. However we have heavy plates that have to be arranged on the bottom rack that takes time to place.

    Looks good and quite. Now the bad points, third level rack can barely be pulled out, it is so difficult to operate it seems broken. Clearances for two primary lower racks seems comprised do to the existence of the seldom useful third upper rack!

    Heating element stopped working after 19 months. Warranty is only for 12 months. Unacceptable for an appliance that cost $1.4K. My cheap Frigidare lasted 7 years without issues and was 1/3rd cheaper. What a waste of money.

    Main rack too low so that can have 3rd rack.

    Room for third rack is gained by placing main lowest level closer to the floor. So you have to bend down farther to load. Would rather have two racks at more comfortable level.

    The dishwasher looks great but the top third row rack gets stuck and have to pull harder at an angle to open it ! Called kitchen aid support person and he admitted that it is not smooth and asked to open harder !!! When we went back, the rack was actually stuck at the display model as well ( we did not try out the first time as it was locked down to COVID and since it was a branded expensive model, we thought it should work as expected) Not happy with the ownership even though had a great experience buying it from pacific sales store !

    Leaky door, multiple warranty calls

    Less than two weeks after this dishwasher was installed, the door started leaking. Two warranty calls and it’s still not resolved. I would not recommend.

    Dishwasher is great, Best Buy not so great

    Dishwasher is great but we had a terrible experience with Best Buy. On the day of installation after the originally scheduled tie, we were notified that we would have to pay an extra $175 for our "free installation" to install an electrical outlet. They could have notified me at any point prior and I would have taken care of this for low or no cost. The installation company was wonderful and apologetic but Best Buy refused to reimburse this expense. After many phone calls, they offered me a small gift certificate and ultimately gave me one of almost half the promised amount. Very disappointing customer service!!

    Beware of Geek Squad Installations

    Dishwasher is better than I expected. I absolutely love it. Now BeatBuy Geek Squad and their service is a different story. I read on here to be careful when scheduling installation. I had installations scheduled with delivery. Well because I had an old kitchen set up I had to have a plumber come out and had to reschedule installation. I attempted to reschedule installation for the next available day via the app. I received email and text confirmation of the date I selected. The next day I notice an email stating that I need to schedule installation. So I used the geek squad chat to confirm if there was a mix up or if I needed to schedule again. The chat guy stated he did not see a service date for me and the then attempted to schedule me. Again received confirmation is email and text. Checked on it 30 minutes later via a phone call to them only to find out that my information had still not been saved. At this point I just requested a refund. Please be careful when setting up installation dates. Their system is not saving information even though you receive confirmations.
