No need to rinse before loading. 3rd top rack is amazing for washing glasses. Love the delay timer. Having a heating element spares my boiler & saves me heating oil costs. Bottom Flatware basket is a bit tedious…slots are sized. Only water is needed to clean the stainless front panel.

When I bought this I was a totaltech member, I canceled for the next year and it cancelled all my warranties beyond a year. This is the second appliance I bought at best buy that just didnt last

We didn't think we would like the 3rd rack but it is a must! It works so well. We can fit so much more in this dishwasher than previous dishwashers because of the 3rd rack. The door closes with a nice click. The soap dispenser door works great. There isn't one thing I can say about this dishwasher to improve on it. It's worth it!

Already needs repaired. When we run a cycle (any cycle) no water enters the dishwasher.
