With the 3 racks, there's plenty of room to hold the load that is placed in it. That's a 5. It is very nice and quiet. That's a 5. The dishwasher has many usable features including a sanitizing rinse cycle which is a super nice option. That is also a 5.

Towel bar, three racks, express wash option all checks in my book. Super quiet and efficient. As others mentioned, the drying could be better, but it’s not terrible.

Just got it and installed. Dissapointed it does not come with water line or power cord. for this kind of money I think a 30.00 power cord would be in the box but whatever it works as advertised and is very quiet!

This was actually ordered online on July 31st 2020. First scheduled delivery was for August 28th. We did receive the dishwasher on August 28th everything was great until I opened up the box. What I found was a damaged tub that was dented. tried calling Best buy that day, but they said I would have to wait until the following day because the process wasn't completed. After being on hold for a while and and being hung up on and calling back, I was finally able to reach someone that understood that the dishwasher was damaged and I needed a new one. New one was scheduled to be delivered the following Saturday, but Saturday came and went with nobody showing up. I called only to find out that it didn't show up on delivery and that's why they couldn't bring it to my house. They scheduled it for the following Thursday, again Thursday came and went with no nobody showing up, so I had to call again only to find out that it would now be delivered the following Saturday. It was finally delivered and it's in good condition. There needs to be better communication on when things will actually be delivered and if they're not going to be, then the customer simply needs to know and not put their whole day on hold waiting for something that doesn't show up. At least that's just my advice.

Super quiet!! Was not sure about the third drawer at the time of purchase, BUT I really use it to stick one more item in the dishwasher....
