had great difficulty with installation and delivery crew. they gave poor service. Resulting in having to hire an outside plumber to do the job. Costing me over $500. plus having to remove old unit myself..

My wife had some wine glasses which fit perfectly in the 2nd rack, has a stem holder too, we've never seen the wine glass so unbelievably clean.

Lots of space and utility and yes, it cleans the dishes. Clean, sleek look but the Top Control has a drawback I hadn't considered; it was flush with my countertop. If I need to interrupt the cycle, I have to open the door on a running dishwasher!

Biggest issue is that we have had it for less than a year and it suddenly, it stopped working. It is under warranty which means only Whirlpool can service it and the SOONEST they can come check it is 1 MONTH from now. That is not to say that it will be fixed at that time. That is 1-2 months of a product I cannot use that is only under manufacturer's warranty for 1 year. Sidebar, one of the features boasted in the description was better drying and we did not see this at all. However, when it did work, it cleaned the dishes well and it ran quieter than our old washer.

The dishwasher was a unit and brand that we were familiar with previously. It has lived up to our expectations.
