I have tried three different machines so far, but this machine is the best machine I have ever bought.

Love it, think it is a bit bigger, so it didnt fit well in my cabinet, but we will retro fit the cabinet.

Does a great job of cleaning dishes and is much quieter than our old one.

Our last dishwasher went kaput. We bought this dishwasher to replace it. We love it.

Inventive racks that fit so many dishes, etc. KitchenAid is a top quality choice. Very quiet. Excellent guidance at Best Buy store.

Absolutely do not buy this dishwasher. We had three replacements for this dishwasher since Feb 2023. After Kitchen Aid and Best Buy failed to deliver a working dishwasher, we decided to cut our losses and return the third one… we now have a top of the line Bosch dishwasher that was installed by Lowes for $300 more than this crappy one. We will never buy a Kitchen Aid dishwasher ever again.

overall delivery and i installation is very nice and professional. the installer has paid very good attention to the cabinets and the tight space conditions and did a great job!

Purchase in April 2021, and so far so good. Not very loud and seems to clean dishes well on all three racks. Only wish this model had lights inside, our old one did and I loved it.

On time delivery and uneventful installation . Dishwasher works great. This is second time in past 3 months that A Best Buy purchase, delivery, and installation have gone smoothly. Highly recommend!

Although, it's technically the same size as our previous dishwasher. The configuration of the rack allows it to accommodate more dishes! We're quite happy with our purchase and would recommend this machine to anyone.

We bought this dishwasher in November 2024 and in less than 9 months the user interface/control panel has failed three times. Each time, we've had to call kitchenaid and have them send a local repair company to the house, have them confirm that a repair is required, then wait for them to order a part and come back and install it. The repair company told us they replace this exact part on kitchenaid dishwashers all the time. Would highly recommend staying away. It only comes with a one year warranty so if the panel stops working for a fourth time it will have to be fixed out of my pocket and it is apparently a $250 part.

Paid & scheduled the dishwasher for removal & installation of the product... the installers showed up for removal & said it would not fit; in a matter of very little time (we were told by salesman this was a standard/universal unit) the installers left within a half an hour after my husband offered a solution to the problem. My husband ended up picking up, removing & installing the unit himself (which so far has been efficient & we were reimbursed the cost of removal & installation) but the frustration & time involved was stressful!

I am very satisfied with the dishwasher I purchased and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent product. I haven't used a dishwasher in over 30 years but decided to update since we were renovating our kitchen. It was a wise decision and very improved item from my old dishwasher.

Looks great and compliments the kitchen. Have not used it long enough to know if there will be mechanical issues but fingers crossed that it holds true to KitchenAid’s reputation.

Service was great. Set up did not take NY TIME. Friendly and made sure I knew how to use it.
