They Don't Make Them Like They Used To!

BUT, after less than 2 weeks of use the bottom piece that spins and shoots out the water fell off! It was covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, I was without a dishwasher for 3 weeks waiting for a service appointment, a part to come in, then another service appointment. I love the dishwasher but I no longer trust that it's quality. Sigh.

But I am always pleased when I can have a KitchenAid. My experience with Best Buy and the person that helped me was excellent.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dishwasher works well, but is rusting above the vent like many others after 9 months. Kitchenaid refuses to remedy, and says rust is only covered for 30 days! This is clearly a design flaw. Stay away!

I still have to dry some dishes once the unit has completed its washing and drying cycle.

Dennis and Nikki were amazing in locating, measuring and assisting me with the purchase. Steve the installer was terrific. Overall a great experience.
