I called our representative on 1/26 to let him know we are ready, and I haven't heard back from him as of today 1/31.

Now the bad points, third level rack can barely be pulled out, it is so difficult to operate it seems broken. Clearances for two primary lower racks seems comprised do to the existence of the seldom useful third upper rack!

When we try to clean the power button was not able to switch on. We tried couple of time, but then finally we have to return it

Don't buy. Looks great, bad quality.

Warranty is only for 12 months. Unacceptable for an appliance that cost $1.4K. My cheap Frigidare lasted 7 years without issues and was 1/3rd cheaper. What a waste of money.
