We really like our new dishwasher. The upper 3rd rack is perfect for small bowls and odd sized serving utensils. It's amazingly quiet and cleans as expected. Delivery folks were cordial and competent.

This machine definitely earns 5 stars !! First and foremost it does the job cleaning. My family tends to slack in regards to cleaning off dishes before placing them in the washer. This KitchenAid more than compensates. Everything comes out spotless. Also, it’s ultra silent. The first few times I had to keep opening it to see if it was actually on !!

Very quiet. Third rack is nice. Quality product. Really nothing negative about it. A quality dishwasher. We had the 39db one in our last house. Loved it. Kitchenaid no longer offers that one or we would have purchased that specific one again. 44db is barely noticeable by comparison.

Love this dishwasher! The third rows ability to hold cups is a game changer. Essentially it allows us a whole additional day that the dishwasher does not need to be run. It does a great job of cleaning and getting everything off. I would definitely purchase again. The expensive price tag is worth it!

I love this machine. Everything is sparkling clean, no residue on the dishes. The heat cycle works great and I rarely see and water drops left on the dishes. It's the best dishwasher I've had in drying and not leaving water.

This is by far the best dishwasher we have owned. It’s very quiet. The third rack is great for small items. Nice stainless steel finish.

We’ve had this unit about a month now. Installation was average. I was surprised at how much plastic was in this machine (hidden once installed). This machine is louder than our last one. However, the dishes and flatware come out cleaner. Overall, we are satisfied with this unit. It’s definitely easy to use / program.

Wash dishes well. Great 3rd rack that you can put cups and it has the individual spray to clean the cups. Dries well. Only issue is that it seems loud during operation. Not annoyingly loud but you heard water noise and spinning sounds.

wow, this thing is super quiet. Great deal at Best Buy, it was a little more expensive than other brand I was looking at, but the features and the sound level made it well worth it.

Dishwasher washes well. The utensil container however never dries itself even though the flat ware is completely dry. We've also had a stain appear on the inside of the door which KitchenAid is going to come out and look at. I do recommend this machine as it is very quiet, washes well and dries well.

Love it! I never realized how much extra space that 3rd rack brings! I used to run my former KitchenAir dishwasher every other night. Now I do it every 3rd night. That means more energy savings. It’s very quiet and I hardly know it’s on. This is the best dishwasher I’ve ever purchased.

The unit itself looks great and the cleaning seems to work great. The heating system or how well it drys is the only complaint I have at this time. We had the older version and it seemed to dry better than this one does.

This new dishwasher is great! We replaced an old LG model that had worn out over time. KitchenAid not only does everything that our older unit does but so much more. The unit it quiet and I often forget its on when its washing a load. Dishes are dry when I select that drying mode.
