Top tier has plastic insert for knives Middle is for drinkware Bottom for pots and pans and plates It has a quick wash which does great job The normal wash does well and takes about an hour It has a cycle for tough items. This does fantastic job. The noise level is very low and does not disturb tv watching I used dry cycle once and it did well

Great unit-1 drawback

Best dishwasher

The third rack holds delicate items, knives, small bowls, glasses and they all come clean. My glassware sparkles and is spot free with Cascade Platinum detergent pods while my stainless steel cookware gets clean without pre-washing. Super quiet, efficient. Now, if only it could put away the clean dishes..

Gets dishes very clean and the third shelf is designed in a way that makes much more sense than some of the competitor brands. Lovely style and looks beautiful in our kitchen.

Cleans well. The print shield finish is nice too compared to the old stainless Kitchenaid dishwasher this replaced.

It's usually slammed full of dishes and I like that I can set it to start after everyone is in bed. That way no ones throws dishes in the sink.

I am so shocked on the very little noise it makes and on top of the effectiveness of actually leaving the dishes clean and dry.

Old one lasted about 11 years. Hope this will last at least that long if not more!
