We bought this dishwasher in November 2024 and in less than 9 months the user interface/control panel has failed three times. Each time, we've had to call kitchenaid and have them send a local repair company to the house, have them confirm that a repair is required, then wait for them to order a part and come back and install it. The repair company told us they replace this exact part on kitchenaid dishwashers all the time. Would highly recommend staying away. It only comes with a one year warranty so if the panel stops working for a fourth time it will have to be fixed out of my pocket and it is apparently a $250 part.

Very nice and quiet. The cycles are very long though, minimum two hours on normal wash cycle.

Just arrived haven’t had a chance to try it out yet but it’s suppose to have a good repertation.

Super happy with this dishwasher. It is so quiet and the dishes are always clean and dry.

Great item! Replaced an older model and specifically looked for a Kitchenaide dish washer because of the quality.

Great product by horrible installation manual. Need photos not line drawings to properly understand where things are. Installation should have been easy but became a nightmare because I didn’t know where the electrical connection was.

Cleans very well, solid build quality but not as quiet as I anticipated. Love the adjustable 2nd row rack to fit larger/tall items.

So far so good. I don't know what else to say about this dishwasher.

I would like a few more brackets for stem ware glasses. I do not use the third rack often.

I like the Dish washer purchased Last month. and also best buy service was also too good.

I expected the product to be more "solid". I doesn't seem as solid as my previous Bosch dishwasher. At the end of the day it works.

so far I love this 3 rack dishwasher. I have only just started using it and I hope to get many years of service out of it. It holds so many dishes it takes a while to fill it up

This is the best dishwasher by far we have owned. So much so I put one in my rental. It’s well built and is going to last a long time.

Bought this because Bosch we wanted not available...this washer every bit as good,if not better,both functionally and relative to quietness and price....very pleased with this Kitchenaide product

Love it, think it is a bit bigger, so it didnt fit well in my cabinet, but we will retro fit the cabinet.

Super quiet and spotless glasses! Love the handle perfect for hanging a towel

We are still remodeling so haven’t installed it yet but the dishwasher is gonna look great in the kitchen. I love the red ends on the knob. Can’t wait to use this, haven’t used a dishwasher in about 15 years.
