    DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. I bought this $1,100 dishwasher in September. Within six weeks it started making strange noises during operation. In November the Kitchen Aid repairperson told me that my brand-new dishwasher needed a new motor. It is now December, the dishwasher is “mooing” like a cow, the new motor is on backorder, and I am hoping my dishwasher doesn’t break. Very unhappy with this dishwasher and very unhappy with Kitchen Aid. I will never buy a Kitchen Aid, or a related brand, ever again. I strongly suggest that you don’t buy one either.

    I’m so let down by this product. I purchased all Kitchen Aid appliances and I love the look and features of Kitchen Aid except this dishwasher broke down after one wash. I counted the flashes and I get 8. The dishwasher was installed by me as Best Buy is not offering installation at this time. I followed step by step instructions and I’m very patient and meticulous with the setup. I verified all the troubleshooting information from the manual and on the internet. Still does not function. Keeps beeping and flashing white lights. Hopefully I get a replacement or repair soon and hopefully Best Buy will come and pick up their defective product.

    Not working properly

    I purchased this dishwasher and had it installed in my Florida home. However, I only attempted to use it after 10 months, and I'm very disappointed with its performance. It's not cleaning the dishes effectively, and more importantly, it's failing to dry them properly.

    Awful product and Customer Service even worse!! Have had one change of machine and both a disaster with leaks and damages. Hoping the 3rd machine will do its job; not what is expected from a premium brand like KitchenAid and more so from Best Buy where they have not shown much empathy in this situation!!

    Complete JUNK. The MOTOR in this dishwasher broke after just 6 months. After hours and hours spent on hold with KitchenAid, I was told that no replacement motors are available to order “because of COVID”. Worst quality of an appliance I have ever purchased and absolute WORST customer service of all time. Because I financed the purchase, I am still paying for a dishwasher that looks great in my kitchen but is completely worthless.

    Installed on a Friday and went to use it Saturday and it wouldn't work right. What's worse I now have to wait three weeks for another one after waiting five weeks for this one. Next time I'm spending a little extra and buying from one of them local appliance stores where they actually care about the customer and the service is better.

    It is not Installed. Promised install on December 10 between 12 and 6 pm. No show on install. I need someone to come and complete the work.

    It was broke right out of the box. I had to travel for work the next day and by the time I got back home Best Buy blew me off and told me to deal with the manufacturer.

    So far, so bad. Worst heated dry function of any previously owned dishwasher. Everything on the bottom rack is WET! Tried several different setting to no avail. I contacted bestbuy and the appliance manager was going to call me back. NEVER received a call. Called KitchenAid and so far been on hold about 30 minutes. I've had this product for less than a month and unless they can fix it, it goes back to BestBuy!

    This was the 3rd dishwasher. Good news is this one didn’t leak. (The first two leaked) Bad news is that the first time we went to use this one the electronics in the the control top did not work. We will try a different brand for the 4th one even though that means we will not have the same “GE Cafe” brand throughout our kitchen now. Wish I knew from the beginning and I would have chosen a whole different brand for our kitchen appliance redo. Original product purchased 4/08/20

    Nice looking dish washer. But that is all I can say that is positive in nature. Bought this washer based on high reviews. Well mine was so not so quality made. Mine worked for only 3 weeks from date of installation and now a major component has failed, “wash motor “. No replacement parts in-stock and Best Buy’s warranty is only 15 days. Check elsewhere, is my advice. There are better return warranties and from my experience better dish washers.

    I had an appointment to have the dishwasher instal

    It is 7:18pm and I just received a call from the installers saying that they are backed up and can't come out today. I had an appointment window from 12 noon to 8:00 pm. I have been waiting for them since 12:00. How would you like to wait 8 hours only to be told their not coming out at 7:15pm? I asked if they could give me an appointment for tomorrow but they said they are not in charge of scheduling. I'm so sorry I purchased an appliance from WORST BUY!

    It’s a piece of crap. I waited for almost a month for delivery. The dishwasher did not work, didn’t complete a cycle and does not drain the water inside the dishwasher. I paid over $1000 for this product and it’s performance is terrible. I am very disappointed, frustrated and upset I bought this product!!!

    LOST my appliance

    I purchased this & requested delivery & installation. I was told I had to wait 3 weeks before it could be delivered. Delivery day comes & they LOST my dishwasher, had no idea where it was. After calling for 2 days I'm told I have to reschedule for 10 more days.
