This is a very quiet dishwasher and cleans the dishes very well.

Easy to program. Works well. Quiet. 3rd rack is great and dishwasher design allows for a lot more to be washed at once. Sleek look and finish.

So quiet, the 3rd rack give’s more space for more dishes. We were looking at a different model and the sales staff showed us the kitchenaid model and we liked that 1 more.

Needed replacement old washer was starting to break off internally. Solid metal case in and out shelves all glides so easily and washes outstanding.

Cleans well. Love the third rack on top. Everything is dry even the plastic. Did not want a dishwasher with WIFI and this one is perfect!

It's a good dishwasher. It's quiet and works good. The 3rd party installers used by Best Buy don't know how to install a dishwasher nor will they listen to a woman who could have solved the first problem if they had listened to me. They had to come back a 2nd time and still didn't listen to me. The third time I had wonderful guys from the Geek Squad come out to solve my problem.

It’s ok. Washes well. Takes forever. Racks aren’t designed very well to maximize loading. Utensil carrier is annoying in design. Install was simple. For the price it’s definitely mid.

Love so many things about this dishwasher. The pro dry feature is the best I've ever seen. Love the three racks. The only issue I've had is the middle rack coming off track but the geek squad fixed it and showed me how they did it. I don't expecting this not to be a continuing problem. Our kitchen and great room are to open to each other and the dishwasher is quiet enough to run while watching tv or talking with guests.

Best replacement dishwasher. We originally wanted the Bosch 800 series, but they were out of stock till September or something ridiculous, so we gave the kitchen aid a try after watching a few videos on it. This thing did not disappoint. It’s super quiet and that third rack for glasses is a life saver

This is an excellent performing product. Runs almost silently and cleans everything exceptionally well, Delivery and install was nicely done by two talented guys who were friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. Yes, it was costly, but you get what you pay for. We expect years of reliable service.

This dishwasher has been amazing. The extra heating/drying helps make sure there is no water left. Make sure plastic pieces are at the top. We did have a plastic spatula fall and the heating element melted it which gave a plastic smell all throughout the house and I had to replace heating element myself. The 2 employees installing it did not know how to install it correctly and we had a leak under the sink. Had to call Best Buy repairs and someone came out and fixed it.

Dishwasher does the job! Wife used it a couple of times only complaint is maybe it takes too long. Very quiet!

First of all, it does a great job of washing dished. And since that is why somebody buys a dishwasher, that should be the end of the story. However, that some issues. Pros: it does a really great job of cleaning dishes, even on the quick cycle. The 3rd rack is great for holding bowls and odd shaped dishes. Cons: 1. At times it is really noisy. I don't understand how they call it quiet. 2. After the completion of any cycle, including a rinse, there is a fan that runs for HOURS after the cycle ends. I've tried to adjust a program to stop it but no luck. 3. In trying to solve Con #2, I've contacted Kitchen Aid Customer Service, asking if the fan running is normal. Some internet sites suggest it may be. They reply fairly quickly and politely, but their solution is to initiate a service call to repair it. However, they also advise me that I may get charged for service call. I find it absurdq that the company that designed built the dishwasher apparently doesn't know how it works.

Love Love Love this dishwasher! It is super quiet. Does a great job cleaning everything. I was worried about tall pans fitting in the bottom since the 3rd row takes up some space but sheet pans can tilt over and work just fine. Only negative is that for some reason when i open and close it I accidently hit buttons, but you have to push start to actually start it so that is ok.

This is an excellent dishwasher. It looks great, runs very quietly and does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes and other contents. The third rack is very useful for everything from kitchen knives to lids for plastic containers. A smart design inside allows plenty of space for dishes and tilts glasses and mugs so water doesn't pool on the bottoms. Genius. The silverware rack keeps silverware separated so it gets sparkling clean.

SUPER quiet! Looks beautiful in my kitchen. The 3rd row is sooo useful and the extra jets up there are a huge bonus. I actually was able to fit the bowl from my Kitchenaid mixer in there just like I saw in the store. The adjustable 2nd shelf is fantastic. The lid to my largest fry pan fits in the bottom rack when I adjust the 2nd rack. Never had that happen before.

We are very happy with this dishwasher. It is super quiet and we love set up of the racks. It it remains dependable, we are totally satisfied. We ordered it, and a week later Best Buy installed. The installers were on time, were professional and installed it quickly with no issues. Happy customers!
