We had to get this because it was the only one that would fit. It was more than we wanted to spend, but no regrets because it has been worth it. It is so quiet I don't even know that it's on. 4 stars because the drying takes so long and it doesn't completely dry, so we just eliminate drying and let everything air dry.

Through the years, we've owned two other KitchenAid dishwashers but this model has quickly become our favorite! Each load comes out squeaky clean, a big plus since the water in our area is so hard. We love the capacity, especially the flexible third rack. This dishwasher is also wonderfully quiet. Installation was expertly handled and the tech even included a helpful tutorial. This dishwasher is quiet, does an amazing job of cleaning the dishes, and leaves NO water spots! Dishes and glassware are sparkling and totally dry when finished! This is the only dishwasher I’ll purchase and I’ve bought a number of them in 53 years of marriage! My daughters enjoy the quiet to nearly silent new ones today!!

Best Dishwasher we have ever owned. Thought old dishwasher was doing a good job, but after using this dishwasher our silverware and plates seemed to shine and sparkle. Installation went well as installer (contract) was efficient and courteous. Very satisfied with racks(third rack in particular) and silverware compartment. The towel rack handle might have added to satisfaction, but overall very pleased.

It runs very quiet. Stainless steel finish stays clean much longer than older model. I’m very pleased with the way dishes look after washing.

2 weeks now and it is hard to tell it is running unless you look for the display it is so quiet. Love the 3rd rack and holds a ton of dishes. Why not 5 stars well that is the cost of this upgraded unit I have not see the improvement over the repacked 9 year old unit in cleanliness of dishes which both were good just was expecting maybe something more. So I would not hesitate to pursues this unit again but would not let give 4.5 stars which is really what I would like to give.

It's quiet… It cleans dishes very well… It dries them perfectly… Easy to use controls.

Extremely quiet. Scared the crap out of me that the machine wasn't working. Not used to such a quiet machine. Love the third rack, you can put a lot of dishes in there. Like the option of moving one rack up or down based off of what we need. Only used it a couple of times, but it's a solid machine.

I have had my KitchenAid dishwasher for over six months. I haven’t had any negative experiences with it. It runs very quietly, the dishes come out clean, and there are no water spots on them. I would recommend this dishwasher.

Very happy with our kithen aid dish washer purchased at a great price. We like the layout inside with a usable 3rd top rack with two water jet tubes in addition to the standard rotating water jets below. Dishes come out very clean with optional rinse for reduced glass haze.

Had this installed 5 days ago and wife is very pleased. Very quiet!! Hardly know that it is running and has done a very good job of cleaning our dishes and pots and pans. The wife really likes the way the handle is inset rather than hanging out. A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and this dishwasher is worth it.

This is our 3rd dishwasher. First KitchenAid purchase. Best dishwasher we've ever had. Cleans extremely well. The design to add the 3rd rack is excellent for all the little things.

Love the dishwasher, Very quiet, dries well. Only reason I am not giving five stars is because the installer failed to properly install the bottom black cover. It was fastened with one screw on the left; nothing on the right - and left dangling. This in turn, caused the door to jam when fully opened. I discovered this after I gave the installers a good review. I would been less kind otherwise.

I've only had it for 10 days but, I must admit I'm extremely happy. I'm sad that it does not have the internal light but I don't really need it. It is extremely quiet. Takes a little getting use to as far as the user interface. I put it to the test by not rinsing a single dish.... It passed with flying colors. Dishes come out dry and spotless. Great product thus far.

Love this dishwasher! Expensive but very well made and holds lots of dishes. Cleans well. Each rack has its own “agitator”. An installation “how to” video is available online. Watch the entire video before installing because this is a new model with a different operational design. The video is very helpful.
