I like the different settings that you can apply to the wash and the more intense settings seem to work well on things that have a lot baked on or hard to clean food remains. Its quiet and the display looks modern and cool. Def an upgrade from the the previous junk we had from Samsung.

Dishwasher price refund

We did our research prior to going to Best Buy. The sales rep was very professional & friendly. We were able to get it on sale but couldn't get a price match to NFM which we went to the day before & online price changed. However, my husband was told that if the price is reduced at Best Buy within 14 days, we could get a refund difference. The soonest they could install the dishwasher was in 15 days, so by that time, my husband had to speak to the Mgr due to Sales Rep stated it was after the allowable time to refund price difference. The Mgr approved the refund

Cleans and dries exceptionally well in normal, tough, and professional washes. I cleans well in express wash but does not dry well in express wash, some water drops stay on the dishes and cups. I would place this product performance at A-. I do not know the reliability yet, as i bought it a couple of months ago. Best buy policies are good when you have membership. You don't have to feel that you will be cheated or forced to keep the one that does not function well.
