Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would buy again. Very attractive and thoughtful design. Pros: -No rinsing required! Dishwasher can handle caked, baked on messes. Even pots and pans come clean. - Sanitize option. . . . has given me peace of kind during pandemic. - Adjustable-height middle rack is very convenient. Cons: - Top rack is useless. About 50% of dishes will have food still caked on. I have no faith that anything gets cleaned, so I've stopped using it. ‐ Middle rack cleans better than top rack, but not as well as bottom rack.

We are very happy with our purchase. It is quiet and cleans dishes very well. The third rack is something new for us and I don’t know how we ever lived without it. The installer Matthew was excellent and did a great job.

I love this Kitchenaid dishwasher. I'm finding the 3rd rack is perfect for cleaning things that would fall thru the rack on my old dishwasher. I rarely pre-rinse dishes, but that doesn't matter, the dishes come out clean anyway. Originally I was going to select a mid- price washer but when i saw the features and benefits of this one i upgraded. Best decision ever.

Dishwasher is quite, with lots of room. The third rack design really makes the dishwasher. Like the no handle feature.

First let me say we buy from best buy and not Loews or home depot because our experience with your installers has been exceptional. Luis and his partner (I can't remember his name young black guy who was recently engaged starts with an R is the best I can do. Sorry) They are a great team and did a great job. So far I'm very happy with this dishwasher, it cleans and dries the dishes wonderfully. As long as it doesn't break down I will be very happy with it.

Replaced an existing high end dishwasher 10 years old. Great quality, clean dishes and lots of good wash options. The top tray rack is definitely a must. The front is plain enough that the mixed branding isn’t a factor.

The KitchenAid dishwasher exceeded my expectations. The third rack really makes the difference; was definitely worth the money. The air dry function works great and when I unload the dishwasher in the mornings the plastics are 99% dry. The prowash and dry function works really good; even plastics on the bottom rack do not get warped.

Excellent dishwasher. This is our first Kitchen Aid, and thus far after six weeks of ownership, we have been extremely pleased.
