Really exceeded our expectations

The technician/installer was an expert in his field and clearly explained the basics of the unit. My wife is also thrilled with the ease of operation, the three trays to that are available, and how quiet it is. Thank you, Best Buy, for the delivery and installation. It was pleasure to finally see it installed and working perfectly in our home!

What I really dislike is how loud it is! It’s supposed to be so quiet you don’t know it’s on but you definitely know it’s on!! If you want quiet it’s not this one. I was very surprised because my daughter has a KitchenAid a year older & you never hear it! Wish I could have bought that one!

Great Initial Quality!

We bought this dishwasher because our last unit did not dry the dishes well. We had to wait a couple months for the install but it was worth the wait! My 4 star rating is only because we haven't had the unit very long. I will give this dishwasher a 5 star rating if it's still cleaning and drying this well after a year of use.
