Using this dishwasher for 2 weeks and am so happy with my choice. Love the large third rack. Installation was done by Best Buy and went very well, no problems. Dishwasher looks great with my other Kitchen Aid appliances which are 11 years old.

Not super happy with design of racks. The top rack’s v shaped dip down limits what can be put on the middle rack. Not enough room on bottom for our large cutting boards and cookie sheets for my wife’s home bakery even when the middle rack is all the way up. Decibels are closer to 55 than the advertised 40s. Racks need more adjustable times. Otherwise the dishwasher functions very well. We only went with the Kitchen Aid as the Bosch 600 would not be back in stock for 3 weeks and we couldn’t wait that long.

Does a great job it’s on so nice the computer is nice 3 racks I like my racks racks are good real good wish I had 2 more of the dishwashers on or each floors ooooh Doggy

I absolutely love this dishwasher. It is great to have the various cycles that are easy to choose. I like having the control panel on the top of the door rather than the front. It gives the door a clean look and my grandchildren are not likely to press buttons. The adjustable third rack provides for dish loading options. The dishwasher is very quiet. I am so pleased with this purchase.

My last dishwasher lasted 13 years and the one before that was purchased in 1987. Neither, even when new, did as well as this one in cleaning. Its even taken some of the hard water crust off long cloudy glasses. I hope it will last as long!

Quiet, seems to clean well and love the third rack. Wish it would turn off on its own at the end of a wash. Hums until I open the door.

Quiet and it does a great job cleaning the dishes. I recommend. This one has a disposal or chopper built in to get the big chunks of food through the drain. It’s even quiet when it’s grinding food up! I’m impressed.

We purchased this KitchenAid as a replacement for our original KitchenAid we bought in 2005. The old one was still working great & never needed a service call. The wife just wanted a quieter machine and this delivered.

So far (3 or 4 weeks), it works fine. Really like the third (top) rack that can accommodate short glasses as well as flatware. Really runs a ling time. Looks like they all do now.

Love my new dishwasher - 5 Stars for being so quiet!! Would recommend Best Buy again and again... originally purchased from Home Depot but the customer service was so bad, I canceled and took my business to Best Buy! Best Move Ever!!

Cleans great. Only drawback is the way plates and other dishes can be arranged. The s dishwasher has straight holding racks, which doesn’t support dishes the best. Curved or groves in the rack would increase sturdiness and for a more secure placement of plates.

This was a very smooth process from purchase to installation. The salesman was very knowledgeable and respectful. I notified initially what date my install would and the the night before was given a 3 hour time window. Install was quick and efficient.

It has only been a couple of weeks, but we love our new dishwasher. The racks slide very smoothly. The dishes come out clean and dry. Shouldn't have waited so long to buy. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Love the ease of use, the extra top 3rd rack which is great for large utensils, knives, how clear and clean glasses come out! Overall so impressed with this dishwasher and am happy we made the purchase of this.

I was a fan of Kitchen Aid products. It is my second exact same model dishwasher. First one leaked from heating elemet hole. Metal that covers black rubbers is weak and corrosive. Weird it is not covered by leak sonsor. That leak cause short and electrinic boatd gone ( 260$ part) It worked only 5 years. Second one makes knocking noise which is annoying at night. Looks like quality personal needs to stop smoke crack. Otherwise it is greate dishwasher only for 5 years. I reccomend service dishwasher and use luiquid gasket on year 4.

Love my new dishwasher! This is our 2nd Kitchenaid with the last one made it just shy of 20 years. We have an open concept living area and hardly hear dishwasher running. Absolutely love the USEFUL top shelf!

LOVE IT!! Rinse,wash,clean then put away. Lots of room. Nice having that third rack. Would definitely recommend this washer

I’m very happy with my new dishwasher. I like the extra space it provides, and it’s refreshing to unload a dishwasher that actually gets the dishes clean. I would highly recommend this product.
