I love the way he explained it. Also, Best Buy is a fantastic coverage plan and this product is higher-end. I am suggesting others buying home appliances from Best Buy is a good option.

It really is fingerprint resistant stainless steel. The install was so impressive. They called before they came, were extremely pleasant and on top of things. I will definitely buy my other appliances/installs from Best Buy. I didn't give it 5 starts b/c the 3rd (top rack) isn't adjustable and is pretty useless. None of my glasses will fit up there and that's what the top rack is for. I would rather not have a 3rd rack at all and just have more space for the other 2 racks.

The water was being pumped out the bottom of the machine instead of through the machine to wash the dishes I was told this is the third Kitchenaid they replaced the pump for this week. To diagnose and repair your machine you are looking at a $530 repair. Kitchenaid, you should do better!
