customer service sucks but the dishwasher is great

Had a problem with BestBuy getting the order right but it was finally straightened out. I don’t really like the information panel on the front but must admit that I really like seeing “Clean” after it is finished it’s cycle. The installer kept me informed of delivery times and was very professional and informative.

Door Issue and poor design

KitchenAid, should install a handle at the bottom to pull out the dishwasher from its position in the kitchen.
