This was completed in a professional/expert manner. The dishwasher capacity is greater than my previous machine; it guides you to place dishes into a more organized manner which also enhances cleaning of the content(s).

It was the online video where they compared this dishwasher vs. the Bosch dishwasher that pushed us over the line and buy the Kitchenaid. Great dishwasher! We are very happy with this purchase! Also, glad I paid to have it installed. The guy who installed it took about 20 minutes. I couldn't have opened the package in that amount of time. Well worth it!

Don't buy this dishwasher

The 3rd rack is basically useless. With it, there really is not enough room to stand up wine glasses on the main glass rack. If you lower that rack, the spinning thing hits your dishes so that doesn't work. I bought this dishwasher thinking because it has a spray feature up on the 3rd rack that my wine glasses would come out clean. Unfortunately, that is definitely not the case. Residue is left on the side that is tilted of the wine glasses and you have to hand wash them to clean them once they come out of the dishwasher so what is the point? I also had a regular small drinking glass that came out with the stuff still inside the glass so that didn't even get cleaned. Overall, I would never recommend this dishwasher and wish I could exchange it. The cycles are really long too but is is quiet, so that's one good thing.

They were completed at 3:30. Proficient, Polite, knowledgeable. They introduced themselves wore mask and when finished explained the dishwasher operations and cleaned up. Awesome company. Great job Best Buy and GN Installations!!!

works till one day it breaks

I shouldn't be going through this after paying this much money . It cleans well when it works.
