Seems to use a lot of water and takes more than an hour for basic wash. Not sure if there is a setting to control wash duration, otherwise looks good. Love the 3 rows to accommodate more plates, cookware, utensils, and cups/mugs.

Best Buy has always given me excellent service, both with installations, product set up with Total Tech and expert personal instruction 2nd to none .

This is a review after having this for about 2.5 years. While it did pretty good up until now, it is now dead with what seems to be a broken pump as that's the last part for me to pull out and inspect everything else works. For the price I was hoping for something that lasted longer than my previous washer did which was about a 6 year old new home install.

I’m really happy with this purchase. My previous dishwasher was Bosch and lasted long but finally broke down!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This unit was serviced 3 times and we need it serviced now again. KitchenAid sent people each time along with today. I was then told we were now out of warranty. So it sucks for me now. Best Buy is wiping their hands from any wrong doing with sending and installing a faulty machine . So lesson learned , do not purchase major appliances from Best Buy and do not ever buy a KitchenAid product! Very disappointed.

KitchenAid has always been a winning product line for us. It was time for a new dishwasher in the home we just moved into and there was no question on what brand.

We've had the dishwasher for a few months now and so far it's great. It replaced a 16 year old Kitchen Aid so here's hoping this new one lasts as long! :)

2 stars only since it actually does clean and dry well. However make strange buzzing sound for a machine that is supposed to be quite. 1st time it was delivered broken and best buys delivery service tried to convince me there wasn't supposed to a fan at the bottom that sprays water?! My 1st call to replace it they wanted me to pay them for redelivery had to call back to get someone that didn't charge. 2nd machine delivered came with a strange buzzing so they sent a 3rd person out to check it and he said it wasn't supposed to make that sound and it was installed correctly. So 3rd one was delivered and still making the same sound that I was told it wasn't supposed to make

We love our new KitchenAid dishwasher. It does everything we need it to do. The only slight weakness is that there often seem to be a few items that haven't dried completely.

So far it has been very good. I only wish there was a way I could run the dishwasher WITHOUT any heat to dry as I am afraid to put some items in any dishwasher that might melt... I always use the heat for sanitation but don’t always want it with my everyday dishes...

Cleans dishes very well. Dries everything to the last drop with the prodry. Best dishwasher I’ve owned.

But this OtterBox is the Best buy that I've ever bought great item very quiet when it runs.

Purchased dishwasher install kit and was told it would deliver with delivery of appliances. It did not and I had to drive to store to pick up. Other than that install (of washer, dryer)/delivery crew was great. Super fast and courteous. Install was flawless and done in less than 20 minutes.

So far we are enjoying this new dishwasher. It is quiet and gets the job done. We had an Asko dishwasher from Sweden and we definitely like this better than that model/brand. I have accidentally opened the dishwasher while it was running because it is so quiet.
