Great but only for a year

We brought tech person and he said wash motor, drain motor, and vent assembly are bad. I bought this a little over than a year ago. I would not expect these troubles in sixteen months after purchasing it. The repairs are almost as expensive as the machine. The tech, who works for a certified KitchenAid service provider said the machine was probably defective and asked me to contact Kitchenaid.

It was damaged when it was first installed. My entire floor was damaged since it was a slow leak and I didn't realize it till it has spread. Best buy has washed their hands of the issue and are referring me to sedgewick, I am unable to contact anyone there. This is a scam.
