KitchenAid sent out repair man who said the pump was spraying water so he needed to order pump and housing. The part is on back order and they don’t know when it will be in this was over two weeks ago. Called Best Buy, and was told this dishwasher is not in stock. He told me would talk to manager and get back with me. That was two days ago, nothing, but tumble weeds and crickets. So now I have a 1000.00 dishwasher installed in my home that does not work. This is beyond frustrating.

The only reason I gave it 4 starts was because it is noticeably noisier when it is running than my previous KitchenAid dishwasher.
