    We bought this product in March, after 2 weeks the dishwasher stopped working, 3 weeks waiting for a technician to review the failure, after inspection we had to wait other 2 weeks for a part. Technician came, change the part? And guess, 2 days later malfunctioning again. Now waiting for another 2 weeks to have a technician for a new inspection. Poot quality, Poot support.

    Paperwork does not provide adequate information. Attempts to obtain more information online and by phone was unsuccessful. Installation was completed successfully and no problems with operation. Organization of racks do not meet our needs. Placement of silverware holder is problematic. Rinse aid dispenser does not fill. Delivery packet did not include a Quick Start Guide. Settings are inadequate.

    This dishwasher is garbage. After 9 months it is malfunctioning and Best Buy will not help us at all. They told us to go to Kitchenaid/Whirlpool and talk to them. Surprise, surprise ... they don't pick up their phone either! It started malfunctioning 2 months ago, It took a Kitchenaid repair person 1 MONTH to come out and then 3 weeks later they claim they don't have an estimate when the part will come in. BEWARE!

    Have had it about 45 days and each time we used it, it would make a clanking sound during parts of the wash cycle. Finally, thinking that this isn't normal, I spun the wash propeller on the bottom of the unit and it clanks against one side of the housing on the inside. I can't believe they let this pass out of quality control. So infuriated by this. I got a defective dishwasher and now I get to figure it out with Kitchenaid warranty people. Thanks Best Buy.

    Install crew tried to get more money $$$

    The delivery/install crew tried to charge me $250 for a new electrical outlet install as they did not like the one I had. They then tried to charge me $100 for parts (extra hose) they refused to use the hose I provided. Customer service never got back to me like they said they would after I called them.

    Nice looking, but absolute garbage!!

    Wish zero stars was an option!! We bought one, it leaked within 2 weeks. Then returned it and got a replacement. Less than two years later both pumps stopped working and the repair cost is $850 ($50 less than what I paid for it new). Its noisy, sometimes leaks out the bottom tripping it out. Garbage product at a premium price.

    Was great while it worked. Broke after 8 months with the E1 / F9 error - which the repair person said is a defect with this model. On week 4 waiting for parts - had to buy a new dishwasher (went with a Bosch) because Whirlpool has no parts and no ETA. COVID has been around a year but still using as an excuse on why they have no parts.

    The worst possible dishwasher!!! Bought six weeks ago and has only been used a few times as we were out of town for an extended period. Return window of two weeks to Best Buy has past and Whirlpool apparently according to the repair company have had issues with the motor so the repair company can only come out when the part arrives in a week. Terrible customer service on Whirlpool’s part and Best Buy not willing to help either.

    Best Dishwasher Ever!

    Never thought I'd wax poetic about an appliance, but we absolutely love this dishwasher. We replaced an old Bosch model in our new house and after a lot of research, this Kitchen Aid model had all the features we were looking for. We've now had it for 2.5 years and have zero complaints. It is so quiet that we sometimes forget it's on, the 3rd rack is awesome, as is the adjustability of the 2nd rack, and it cleans & dries our dishes incredibly well. It also looks beautiful in our kitchen and an added bonus is that it's made in the USA. Bottom line is I would buy it all over again. 10/10.

    Issue with Error Codes E1, F9 after owning dishwasher only 8 months. Research shows the overfloat restricted, but the videos show the float in the front, and in this model there is no float to check, that is visible to layperson. Super frustrating
