When Best Buy had a better deal they said no to us receiving the lower price.

Damaged dishwasher.

It leaked significant amounts of water that went through the floor to our lower level. The ceiling below the washer was destroyed as was a light fixture. An exavt replacement we are told would take a couple of months. A dishwasher from a different manufacturer is taking a month. For now, we use the leaking washer as an expensive dish drying rack.

Dishwashers shouldn’t buzz

It buzzes. And buzzes. And buzzes. I’d much prefer to hear the swishing of water to this buzzing. Big disappointment (and annoyance) compared to the three-rack KitchenAid dishwasher at my old house, which was virtually silent.

If I could give it a zero rating I would.

It is hands down the best dishwasher I have ever owned. The top third row shelf is an insane engineering upgrade. It allows so much more versatility in loading…..and wait for it everything actually gets clean. So happy with this unit. 10 out of 10

A repairman came and tried to fix it but couldn’t. I should be receiving a replacement by the end of October 2022. I hope the second one works properly and doesn’t leak

Some of the reviews from other appliance dealers are correct, these guys have a leaking problem from the front door. After installation within a couple of days we were getting leakage from the front door. We now have a Bosch dishwasher in place of this one.

Sensor problem H2O

It's been in my garage for almost 2 months because Best Buy's installers can't get their acts together. I've been scheduled and canceled 4 times. I'll be returning the dishwasher.
