Love my new KitchenAid dishwasher, it's easy to operate, it's super quiet, cleans and dries my dishes very well, and looks great! Oh, and the stainless doesn't show finger prints like my last dishwasher. Would recommend this unit to all my friends and family for sure!!!

Cheap black plastic door handle broke just after 1-year warranty expired, now they want almost $300 for the replacement handle - which can't be replaced easily. You have to replace the entire front cover - a big labor job if you don't do it yourself. Cheap plastic parts inside that hold the racks together, already had one drawer fall out because the end caps broke and they had to send replacement parts for that (thankfully within warranty). Not as quiet as other models we've owned either. Overall I'd pass on this model if I had to do it again. But now I'm stuck with it - and it's cheap plastic parts.

It’s the best dishwasher I ever had! Quick, super silent…no stain on crystal glasses! It’s stylish… will blend in any kitchen! We love it!!! You won’t regret it!!!!!

I am too frustrated, and disappointed to even give a survey

We have not been able to use the dishwasher. After it was installed we tried to use it that evening but received two error codes. Best Buy has been hard to work with through their Tech Support. This is the second dishwasher to not work after it was installed.

Our new dishwasher is better than we anticipated. It replaced our old Kitchenaide dishwasher which also was outstanding but sadly began to fail. Like our previous washer, it is better than we anticipated - super quiet and the dishes are perfectly clean. This machine has 3 rows of racks giving us more options for loading. We are extremely satisfied.

Hated leaving this behind. Just moved and really couldn't take the dishwasher. So quiet, loved the 24 hr delay that could be changed any way from 1 hr up to 24. And we called the 3rd level the loge. So much room, always did a great job. Highly recommend this.

Love this dishwasher! She quiet and gets all of the dishes cleaned. I love the stainless steel drum; our previous dishwasher was plastic and we used it everyday. Since we purchased this KitchenAid, she has cleaned and withstand daily usage. Love it!

Super quiet and easy to operate. Lots of useful features. Took a few trys for the teams to get it correctly installed after some installation issues but it was worth the wait. Recommend this brand.

I did a lot of research before buying, it's quiet and has big capacity, big third rack. I am very happy with the purchase. The installation team is friendly and professional. Highly recommend it.

We purchaesd this dishwasher in 2020 and it was a great dishwasher for 3 years. Tons of room with the third rack and did a good job of cleaning dishes. Then in November 2023 we got the dreaded E1F9 error code (google it as it is a known problem with these). Booked an appointment for repair and upon the service repair inspection found out the motor was out. It was going to be a $600 repair so we are going to look for a different brand next go around as a dishwasher this expensive should not fail after 3 years of use.

Since the acquisition by Whirlpool, the once-reliable KitchenAid brand has witnessed a significant decline in quality, departing from its legacy of producing durable goods. Within a year, the sleek Pocket handle of our KitchenAid dishwasher broke. When we sought assistance from KitchenAid, they routed us to their contracted service technician. Moreover, the replacement parts provided were mere OEM components. We contacted multiple KitchenAid-recommended technicians, as we were met with widely disparate estimates ranging from $50 to $200, in addition to varying visiting charges to fix the handle. When we shared our feedback with KitchenAid, they claimed helplessness, asserting that service providers were free to set prices for OEM parts. To add insult to injury, KitchenAid offered a 20% discount on future purchases as compensation for our ordeal. Consequently, we were compelled to spend over $400 to rectify an issue with a dishwasher that originally cost just over $1000. Ultimately, we opted for a local service provider who efficiently addressed the problem for under $100. Needless to say, we declined KitchenAid's one-time offer of a 20% discount on future appliance purchases. Our Samsung dishwasher, which was notably more affordable, endured much longer without any complications.
