    Cleans well but so loud! Also does not dry well. I’ve never had a dishwasher this loud. I’m also disappointed that I was misled by a rep to think the extended exchange policy applied to appliances. I wish I had read the policy more closely.

    ProDry is a joke and so is the KitchenAid brand

    ProDry feature was main reason we bought this model. Unit cleans but don't expect it to dry anything--unless you are installing on demand hot water in extremely close proximity to unit. KitchenAid Customer Service--though courteous--says it's not their problem and has no solution. So don't believe the advertisements, the "Consumer Reviews," or any sales rep. Heck even the repair technician said he had to sign a non-disclosure with the company in order to receive repair calls. He came out--less than a year after purchase--and I was expected to pay the service fee because they said the unit wasn't faulty, that my water wasn't hot enough--when he recorded 121F out of the faucet next to unit. He said if you don't have internal water temps at a minimum of 90F in less than a minute to your dishwasher the unit defaults and doesn't heat at all. This was the second KitchenAid dishwasher I've owned and the last product manufactured by this company I will ever purchase in my lifetime. They don't build the product to function as advertise in an average American home... Extremely disappointed.

    Incomplete Order

    If you don't click "add installation kit" and pay and EXTRA fee, you will not be able to install your dishwasher. I am extremely dissappointed that this billion dollar company will nickel and dime us this way. I've spent thousands at this company. Will not be purchasing from Best Buy again!

    Not Built to Last

    Bought my dishwasher in 2021, installed in June. For the past 6 months it has been giving the same F9 E1 error code about 60% of the time, causing it to fail to complete wash cycles. We've been working with a certified tech and have spent hundreds of dollars replacing parts with no fix. The tech has even taken the entire dishwasher out and examined it from top to bottom, multiple times. I called KitchenAid and they said that since it was out of warranty (only 1 year, BTW), they won't do anything to help. I was promised that a service rep supervisor would call me back to discuss options but no one ever did. Avoid buying anything from Kitchenaid. They don't make quality appliances and they won't be there to help you when their appliances fail just after the warranty expires.

    Will never buy from Best Buy

    The product itself is great, the issue is mainly with purchasing it from Best Buy. Delivery process, awful, speaking to customer service, awful, troubleshooting an issue with a replacement, horrible. I’ve wasted over 72 hours of trying to resolve my problem. Never again, and know there’s a significant difference in ordering in person at the store vs online.

    DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! MY DISHWASHER CAME DEFECTIVE AND IT IS A NIGHT MARE TO FIX IT OR REPLACE IT. WE DO NOT HAVE A DISHWASHER FOR MORE THAN A MONTH AND WE ARE NOT GETTING COHERENT ANSWERS FROM KITCHEN AID.

    Disappointed

    loved it for the first 7 weeks and completely shut down on me. I have been waiting for over 7 weeks now to get it fixed! It needs a new motor and other parts.... extremely frustrated and disappointed. My waiting time is now more than I actually had it installed!!!
