First high priced dishwasher purchase. We got it installed, it’s so quiet. There ended up being a crack in the shell so when the Plummer installed it (Best Buy installer was a Plummer because in Texas it’s required) it didn’t leak when he did his checks. We loaded it up and it started leaking 20 minutes later. So much room and even though we ran it for 20 minutes it cleaned better than any other dishwasher I’ve ever had! Excited for best buy to replace it so we can actually do some dishes!

Great, sturdy and quiet dishwasher with 3rd rack for additional, small items/silverware. The silverware rack on the bottom tray has a "grid" cover, with slots for cutlery. But, those can be removed. Cost of installation was pretty high, but they did a great job!

I really like this dishwasher. Definitely an upgrade. It feels really solid and looks great. Very quiet, cleans and dries well. The handle sticks out further than my old one so check the clearance if yiu need to open a drawer or cabinet.

Easy to load. Runs quiet. The 3rd rack gives you additional space so you don't have to run it as frequently as with older dishwashers.

This is a great dishwasher the 3rd rack is a game changer it its perfect for small bowls or glasses. It cleans very well my glasses always sparkle and it very quiet. great purchase.

I purchased this dishwasher a little over a month ago because I liked the look, but more importantly I liked having a third rack which was important to me. Hats off to the engineers that designed this. It can handle many dishes etc. So far, I have to give it 5 stars and hope it continues to live up to my expectations. The installer was very knowledgeable and proficient as well as courteous.

Tons of space in it and very quiet. Everything comes out clean! So far just using default setting by hitting Start button twice.

Initially I did not purchase KitchenAid dishwasher as it was pricier than the Samsung dishwasher. After just three years my Samsung dishwasher was no longer cleaning well and died. We were not able to fix it. I went ahead and ordered the KitchenAid which is extremely quiet to the point that you are not even sure it is on and it cleans things beautifully. The delivery process was disappointing as I was given a six hour window that the dishwasher would be delivered and installed. I subsequently received a call saying that they would be to my house between 1030 and 11:30 AM. When they still had not shown up by 12:30 which was still within their six our original window I called the delivery schedule her. She said she could not get in contact with the delivery truck and did not know where they were. Ultimately the delivery people showed up three hours past their six hour window of time. Very frustrating since I took time off of workAnd ultimately could have gone in that day as I didn’t show up till late afternoon. Hopefully this is just An isolated incident. I am happy I have my KitchenAid dishwasher though And I highly recommend

Like the Dishwasher . third shelf holds a lot more then the older style we had . Also enjoy that we can delay start by 2-4or 6 hours .Fairly quiet when washing . The team that Best Buy sent to do install had to come back to get it correct - third party - as they did not attach the unit correctly

Careful, The dishwasher worked great for 5 months then the drain pump went out. This is horrible and it takes a week to get a tech to come out only to have another 2 weeks before he can get the part and come back and install. our cheap dishwasher lasted for 10 years without any issues. We bought this because it had good reviews but we are not happy. If I could go back I would not buy this dishwasher. It looks fancy but the bottom is all made out of plastic parts. When it was working our only gripe is that if you opened it after setting the delay wash you had to hit start again just to add a dish annoying but we managed ok. I would say we do love the third rack we can fit kids cups and bowls up there feels like we got lots of space because of it. For a higher end dishwasher we are disappointed.

This is a great dishwasher. It is quiet. It is sleek. It doesn't absolutely fantastic job at cleaning. Even the dirtiest dishes. We could not be happier with our purchase. The flexibility of the shelf heights is an added bonus that we use frequently.

This is my second KitchenAid dishwasher. My last one lasted 10 years and my new one is working really well. My dishes are super clean using the Express cycle. It does not take forever to clean and looks stylish. Over time, I found it worthwhile to spend a little more for the reliability of this KitchenAid brand. I had cheaper brands, and even tried Bosch,( designed for the Environment, not cleaning dishes) but KitchenAid is the keeper for dishwashers.

This dishwasher replaced a 14 year old KitchenAid unit that finally died. The FreeFlex third rack is a very useful feature. It can accommodate long items like tongs with ease. The unit is so quiet, you hardly hear it when in operation. So far, the unit is functioning to our satisfaction.

Love how quietly this machine runs. Dishes always come out sparkling clean. Easy to load too!

I was able to install this dishwasher myself with relative ease. It is very quiet and does an excellent job of washing the dishes. The rack configuration makes it very easy to get a lot of dishes in it for a load. It is also extremely quiet.

It’s been a few weeks since purchase, and the new dishwashing unit runs so quietly and cleans so well! Hoping it keeps performing like this for years to come!

I liked my previous Kitchenaid dishwasher (in the home I sold to move to FL) better. I thought I would love the 3rd rack in this one but it really adds little. My previous one cleaned the toughest pots and pans superbly and this one does almost as well. It is the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned which is great in my downsized retirement home. Overall I'm happy with this purchase. It was back ordered so I've only had it since December 5th, 2020.
