This replaced a 10year old Kitchenaid unit and works great so far. It barely hear it running and the third rack is really helpful!

3rd rack is a plus. The dishwasher is very quiet when running a load. It’s also energy efficient. I’m very happy with my purchase.

It took a little getting used to since it has 3 racks instead of the 2 that our other dishwasher had. I have to say that it is very quiet and does a very good job cleaning our dishes. I’m very pleased overall. Thank you so much.

This dishwasher is everything! The 3rd row at the very top has been a game changer with our child’s bottles / sippy cups! I don’t know how we ever lived without it. This is our 2nd Kitchenaid dishwasher and we have been very pleased!

This dishwasher is quiet, it cleans great, and is very flexible in that you can remove the top rack and expand the middle one.

I never thought I would love an appliance, but this one comes close. The rack system is just really good - everything fits nicely, there seems to be space for the big plates, the small plates, the round bowls, etc. And that 3rd rack is awesome - very convenient. Otherwise, everything is kind of a normal dishwashing machine - controls on the edge of the door, not particularly noisy, etc. I strongly recommend this product.

This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever owner plus it's cycles aren't too long and the dishes come out great!

Love this dishwasher! The third rack provides way more space than I thought it would. I love the utensil caddy and how it separates each piece of flat wear. This dishwasher is super quiet, and looks amazing in our chef’s kitchen. Highly recommend! Best Buy delivery and install were friendly and did an amazing job installing and removing our old dishwasher, were respectful of our home and abided by COViD safety guidelines by wearing masks and social distancing while in our home.

I love having the 3 drawers in the dishwasher. I never have to wash dishes again.

Great dishwasher! Extremely quiet. Dishes are always clean and the silverware shines.

I'll start with the positives. This dishwasher cleans well, is very quiet, and the unit has a well-constructed sturdy feel to it. However, at this price point more is needed to win me over. The negatives: This unit has a heating element for drying. This means nothing plastic can go in the lower rack, unless you turn off the drying option for the cycle. Shame on me for not catching this in the specs, but every other dishwasher I've seen at this price uses hot air drying. After 10 years of using a dishwasher with hot air drying (that is, not worrying about plastic down low) I'm not looking to go backwards. The drying is not great. You need to use the extra dry option to get acceptable drying. The vent in the door (the cutout in the upper-left near the handle) leaks water on the floor when you open the door to unload the dishwasher. The wash options are pretty limited, and there's no time indicator (just a light on the front). And finally, the rack layout it not practical. I thought the cup washing section of the 3rd rack would be a great option, but in reality it is a huge limiting factor. It takes away all flexibility in the use of the 3rd rack. The "flat" part of the 3rd rack (right side) is pretty small, and is usually taken up by anything plastic, like kids stuff. Likewise, the 2nd rack is very height limited underneath the cup section. Even on the right side, the 2nd rack doesn't have great clearance. My wine glasses are too tall to fit in the stem holder area. Also, a bike water bottle (standard 26 oz bottle) does not fit. And this is with the 2nd rack in it's lower position. Back to the cup section: I don't have oversized cups by any stretch, yet they barely clear the dishwasher "ceiling" (and sometimes rub the gasket when I close the rack). And the bike bottles don't fit here either. These are the things you don't really figure out until you start trying to use the dishwasher in your home with your stuff. Bottom line, the cup washer is more gimmick than useful, and really cramps the layout of the whole dishwasher. At this price point, these are too many concessions for my needs. So, the unit will be returned. This was my second choice anyway, but I needed to go with this model due to an urgent need to replace a dishwasher that died. Now, I need to go elsewhere to find my first choice of dishwasher. One final point, to end on another positive: the installation was fairly easy due to the generous amount of clearance underneath. However, the electrical connection was difficult because the junction box is JUST too high to easily get to it. Despite that, it was an easy install (and will be an easy removal, too).

This dishwasher replaced another KitchenAid dishwasher that I had for 13 years. My new dishwasher is so quiet I have to check if it’s really running. Excellent fit and finish with easy to use controls. Does an excellent wash with the regular normal setting. Dishes completely dry.

This Dishwasher is extremely quite. Looks nice, does a fantastic job with cleaning the dishes we put in it.
