So I thought to myself, BB is not the only place to buy a dishwasher. But as I’m walking out the store about to cross to the parking lot a sales rep asks me if he can help me! Wow I was impressed with his fortitude to leave the store to make sure I was taken care of. The dishwasher is great, the installation was seamless but it was the salesman that won the day. My previous dishwasher was a KitchenAid also and I was pleased to buy another one. Thanks BB

Clean, sleek look but the Top Control has a drawback I hadn't considered; it was flush with my countertop. If I need to interrupt the cycle, I have to open the door on a running dishwasher!

Stopped working in less than 1 year
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Biggest issue is that we have had it for less than a year and it suddenly, it stopped working. It is under warranty which means only Whirlpool can service it and the SOONEST they can come check it is 1 MONTH from now. That is not to say that it will be fixed at that time. That is 1-2 months of a product I cannot use that is only under manufacturer's warranty for 1 year. Sidebar, one of the features boasted in the description was better drying and we did not see this at all. However, when it did work, it cleaned the dishes well and it ran quieter than our old washer.
