This dishwasher is terrible. I had a friend with the same one warn me that they are “unreliable” but I bought it anyway, because hey, warranty! I got the extra protection from Best Buy. 5 months in, has already broken twice. The first time my husband was able to fix it. The second time, no. I called Best Buy, but since it’s less than a year old it should be covered under KitchenAid’s warranty. Call Kitchenaid: 2 hours on hold to be told to schedule an appointment online. First appointment available: 2 weeks later. A dude (obviously not a Kitchenaid employee, but their company they outsource repairs to) comes in for 45 seconds and says it’s a pump he needs to order that “could take up to 2 months.” What?! I call a local company that fixed it in 48 hours, at my own expense. All to say, Kitchenaid and their warranty absolutely suck and I will be avoiding their appliances for the rest of my days.

I compared brands ahead of time and then what Best Buy has and then went to to store with thoughts of brand. Once waited on the salesman elevated our just shopping process with so much expertise, we knew we had a greay product and a great price. Set us up for install and removal of old dishwasher. So easy!

A quiet, efficient machine with great capacity for all sizes of dishes and utensils. Everything comes out spotless.

Very pleased with the ease of use. Just wish it had a better lay out for pots and pans.

The dishes come out very clean. Includes a large number of cleaning programs, and is adapted to plates, cups, pots and cutlery.

This is my third dishwasher in 10 years and I feel like I finally found the right one!! Everything about it is quality and no matter how I put the dishes in they come out clean!!! My last dishwasher was also a KitchenAid but it was Less expensive and you can tell the difference. You could just see the difference with the heaviness of the door, and the quality of the racks and I’m quite amazed with The addition of the third rack we can fit so many more items in!! Love it!!!

Bought this due to the fact it actually has a drying component. I had a Bosch for double the price quiet but left the dishes wet.

We have been using this dishwasher for about 6 months and it has been great so far. The only issue I have is that the dishes are very wet even with the dry cycle. However, it would not stop me from purchasing again.

This dishwasher is the quietest one I've been around.

Very good dishwasher, clean and dry. Controls take a lot to learn. Multi use 'Start' button is also used to reset program depending on how long you touch the pad. A matter of seconds in difference. Very easy to make a mistake and difficult to recover unless you become expert. Yuk.

My old dishwasher died and the free installation and reduced price was timely. Has the three racks and other nice features.

Very quiet. I opened to make sure it was on. My dishes are squeaky clean The best part is NO fingerprints on the front. Yey

It's just OK. It doesn't ding when it's finished. On the door it has a wierd thing that looks like a credit card should fit in it.

This dishwasher replaced my high-quality Bosch that quit on me, and I was very surprised to see that it is even quieter, has a better configuration to allow even more dishes, and washes beautifully. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

The KitchenAid Dishwasher was purchased, delivered and installed by a professional from Best Buy. Everything has performed excellent.
