I’ve owned 3 previous Kitchen Aid dishwasher before purchasing this model. They just keeping getting better and better…

The dishwasher does a good job, and the load comes through dry and almost sparkly. The instructions that came with it were poor, however. And since I chose a model with a handle, the controls are invisible during operation.

So far it performs as good as it looks. I actually disnt realize it had the heater built in. It has given me no issues and dishes have been suoer clean and shiny.

We looked at a variety of dishwashers---different companies, different configurations. My wife saw the lay-out on this one and was instantly sold on it. She has now ran it 4 times since set-up and she is still thrilled.

Dishwasher was partially installed ant my request. Our contractor had to plumb the new sink and garbage disposal prior to a full install. Install team was professional, polite, and courteous.

Love new dishwasher so far only have had a few weeks. Works great and very quiet. Had a kitchenaid for 10yrs and still worked great only reason bought a new one was to update to a quieter one for open floor plan.

The dishwasher worked pretty well up until 1 month past warranty. It began leaking small amounts of water but unfortunately even that little amount has caused extensive water damage on the nearby cabinets. The technician that looked it over instructed us not to use and this could eventually be a fire hazard. The part we were informed that is needed to repair is 2-3 months backordered. KitchenAid agreed to replace the part but one of their authorized service providers must look at it first. The first available appointment is 20 days away. We will likely be without a dishwasher for a few months. Not the end of the world but very frustrating when we spent so much on this.

Amazingly quiet and does a great job cleaning! Third rack is fantastic for fitting in a lot of extra dishes.

Only had item 2 weeks but so far we have been satisfied. We were just not satisfied with what we went through to be able to pick up item.

Overall good DW. Only issue is with large plates, it touches the top rack.

I am very satisfied with this dishwasher. I liked it so much that I have purchased two of these this year, one for a home I just sold and one for my new home. I have had no problems to-date and would recommend it!

Drys dishes. Extremely quiet. Best Buys was great getting us here.

Great dishwasher!! We needed to replace our 15 year old whirlpool dishwasher. This fit perfectly.

So far all is working. This is the third model we have had, the first two were defective. time for replacement was a trial. We hope that this one will be the better and so far no problems. We have an extended warranty

Just arrived haven’t had a chance to try it out yet but it’s suppose to have a good repertation.

We like most things about it except the use of the small top shelf.also, the holes in the silverware holder are too small for our silver design and it’s not adjustable like our old one was

So far so good. I don't know what else to say about this dishwasher.

Was very happy with this unit for the first and half of service until the heating element seal went out and flooded my kitchen ruining my flooring.

Very nice and quiet. The cycles are very long though, minimum two hours on normal wash cycle.

I have only used this dishwasher for a couple of weeks. It is quiet and efficient to date. However, my prior new Kitchenaid dishwasher completely stopped working after only 4 years
