I called company and had repair person come out, but I'm told this is the way newer dishwashers are due to all of the energy requirements now. He suggested that we turn on more buttons like; high temp and extended heat and then open door when it is done. New dishwashers don't dry like they did years ago - very disappointing

But the installer left it with an issue - the door rubs up against the dishwasher frame and closes awkwardly. After two further months an appointment was sent to me (nobody asked what was convenient - it was just imposed on me.) for someone to come out to see what is wrong. Multiple calls to customer service toll-free and the store as well as return visits to the store have still not resulted in anyone actually being able to contact whoever they use for installation. Truly a fourth-rate operation. Best Buy has lost all the goodwill they had with me.
