    do not like that both silverware trays have slots-- otherwise it is a great product-- but regular wash cycle is soooo long-- too long

    Lower rack design is not spaced correctly, dishes don’t stand and lean against aeach other. Bowls don’t fit in the rack lined like plates. All slots same size. Third upper rack is pretty useless,. Overall racks are flimsy for a $1300 dishwasher.

    The purchase was made easy, but there have been multiple challenges with the installation. The dishwasher delivered on 2/11 was deemed to be defective. Two subsequent delivery dates were cancelled. Close to a month later and still waiting for a replacement to be installed.
