Purchased the dishwasher in December. Still have not received it. Disappointed in the amount of time it is taking to even get our dishwasher. We were supposed to get it February 8th. Now supposedly it won’t arrive until April 1st. Very little communication from Best Buy.

Its an OK dishwasher at best. Subpar cleaning even when btand new.

in the 2.5 years I had this dishwasher the water pump went out 4 times. SADLY the 4th time it was 6 months beyond the extended warranty so they will not cover it. A product I paid over $1000 for should last longer than 2 years. THIS IS A BAD PRODUCT and whirlpool doesn't stand behind their product. my advice? STAY AWAY! Best Buy sells many different brands

The door of this dishwasher broke after 9 months. Kitchenaid has no estimate of when the part will be available (they are saying it could be months). They refuse to replace the dishwasher even though new ones are available for installation in 3 days on Best Buys website. Not happy. The door falls ope and is very heavy and dangerous for our small children.

Good dishwasher, however the installation team was very unprofessional using my bathroom and stinking my entire house up. I then spent half the day cleaning by bathroom from the mess the installer left Behind. In the times of Covid-19 Best Buy acts like they are extra cautious with in home installations, but the fact is I was more prepared than they were. I am disgusted with the service that was provided.

So far this machine works better than the old one and is much quieter!

As a person who has had KitchenAid appliances before and has purchased their newest top of the line. This dishwasher is the most noisiest dishwasher I have ever heard. It is buzzing like those massive industrial refrigerators. I can’t believe this item is getting positive reviews. There is no way we are keeping it.

Love the three tiered rack. Can load way more dishes than before!

Had a dent in the door.. good wash and dry dishes. Sounded like a train.

The dishwasher is nice, but very quickly started stopping mid-program with an error message. After some tries - and moving dishes around, we usually would get it to complete the cycle and provide clean dishes, but sometimes it would take up to 10 attempts - at 10 minutes waiting each time for it to either work or give a series of error beeps. It was installed by Geek Squad that promised 30-day warranty on the installation. Called them up and after a 3-hour wait they promised to send me a time when they'd come check it out within 48 hours and heard nothing since, and I still have a bad dishwasher... Would not buy, and would not pay anything for any Geek Squad support as turns out it's worthless since they don't do what they promise.

The product is alright.. we had to call geel squad back because they connected the hot amd cold water hose wrong.

A defective product and poor warranty repair service! This dishwasher broke down only three months after purchase. The technician said the drain pump went out and he didn't know when he would get the part in! It left water in the bottom of the machine that wouldn't drain. This service occurred after my waiting 10 days for the service appointment, which was the quickest I could get one scheduled! I purchased this product to replace a previous Kitchen Aid dishwasher that was still running fine after 11 years. I don't know how long I will have to wait!

Dishwasher was great for the first 18 months. I now have had the repair man 4 times where he has taken out most of the parts and replaced but it is still not working. After paying over $1,000 plus you would think that my dishwasher would outlive its 2 year warranty.

Just bought it 2 weeks ago. The dishes do not come out hot or completely dried -- even if i use the heated drying option. The old kitchenaid dishwasher never had this problem.

It does its job. I wish I had put money into purchasing the one with the pro dryer though.

Noisy pump . Service man ordered new pump and will replace shortly. Installers not very professional.

This dishwasher has no clearance underneath. So it needs a little space or you’ll need to redrill holes in your floor for drainage and power. The height doesn’t account for the feet either

Love everything about this dishwasher/ Delivery was excellent, installation went very smooth and installers were awesome. Keep up the good work Best buy/ This KitchenAid dishwasher has everything and more. Very well made Can't go wrong with Kitchen Aid.

Delivery was not made on the date promised. It was a week late.

Dishwasher is good but is not drying properly always there is a water stays inside. Not happy.
