    This was the 3rd dishwasher. Good news is this one didn’t leak. (The first two leaked) Bad news is that the first time we went to use this one the electronics in the the control top did not work. We will try a different brand for the 4th one even though that means we will not have the same “GE Cafe” brand throughout our kitchen now. Wish I knew from the beginning and I would have chosen a whole different brand for our kitchen appliance redo. Original product purchased 4/08/20

    Nice looking dish washer. But that is all I can say that is positive in nature. Bought this washer based on high reviews. Well mine was so not so quality made. Mine worked for only 3 weeks from date of installation and now a major component has failed, “wash motor “. No replacement parts in-stock and Best Buy’s warranty is only 15 days. Check elsewhere, is my advice. There are better return warranties and from my experience better dish washers.

    I had an appointment to have the dishwasher instal

    It is 7:18pm and I just received a call from the installers saying that they are backed up and can't come out today. I had an appointment window from 12 noon to 8:00 pm. I have been waiting for them since 12:00. How would you like to wait 8 hours only to be told their not coming out at 7:15pm? I asked if they could give me an appointment for tomorrow but they said they are not in charge of scheduling. I'm so sorry I purchased an appliance from WORST BUY!

    It’s a piece of crap. I waited for almost a month for delivery. The dishwasher did not work, didn’t complete a cycle and does not drain the water inside the dishwasher. I paid over $1000 for this product and it’s performance is terrible. I am very disappointed, frustrated and upset I bought this product!!!

    LOST my appliance

    I purchased this & requested delivery & installation. I was told I had to wait 3 weeks before it could be delivered. Delivery day comes & they LOST my dishwasher, had no idea where it was. After calling for 2 days I'm told I have to reschedule for 10 more days.

    Appliance is leaking and then went into the store placed order and paid for Bosch but this never showed up . Eventually they cancelled my order without my consent. Worst costomer support ever

    I have been waiting for for 4 months now for kitchen aid to fix this dishwasher. I keep getting the same answer the parts are on back order. The control panel as well as three other parts. A complete lemon. I have just one more month with kitchen aid then my geek squad warranty kicks in. I would not but buy it but if you must get it get a protection plan. Good Luck!

    Missing part, broken parts plus dents in it. Won't replace it, only wants to give us 250.00 of a 1300.00 messed up item. Got annoyed told them come get the thing to give me full refund or i won't pay the card anyways, first wanted me to bring it back 1hr and a half from me. After an hour of bs they agreed to full refund and come get it. Home Depot here I come

    The Best Buy Service was excellent. We have had Kitchen Aid appliances for many years but the engineering of our new dishwasher is horrendous. Having had dishwasher of many brands my wife and I are struggling to figure out to load it. Something is really backwards about the configuration of the 3 rack system.

    Best Buy’s sent over an installer after waiting almost 2 weeks and when he left I tried to open the door and it would not go all the way down, and all the dishes were wet after buying this. I told Best Buy’s to come and take the dishwasher out and after 6 phone calls they still did nothing remove the charge from my charge.

    Break down after 10 months. Repair can take months

    This KitchenAid dishwasher completely break down after 10 months of purchase. The technician came and found that the pump, the control panel, and the heater need to be replaced. The repair can take months and therefore we have to hand wash dishes every day for months. I cannot believe this high-end KitchenAid has so poor quality.

    We had our dishwasher delivered on Saturday January 9th. After 20 minutes we opened the door and a PLASTIC latch broke that seals the door. Best buy is replacing the machine but my question is "how can the use a PLASTIC latch for a $1000 dish machine "? Will it happen Again ????

    The machine leaks and getting it replaced is a nightmare. The delivery people failed to arrive at the scheduled time and even expected me to accept an evening delivery in a condo which doesn’t allow after 5 deliveries. If I could give this negative stars I would do so.
